I never have high expectations for spa massages, never enough pressure, unbalanced timing on each body part, etc. etc, but this massage was hands down the BEST massage I have ever had(Im 41, I've had a few)! Jasmine had perfect timing, perfect pressure, didn't stall in-between, and exceeded all my expectations! I will def request her from here on out. The spa itself was very beautiful, clean, and will forever be my go to for a great massage.

I’ve been with Lauren since the very start of her journey in San Antonio, and I can confidently say she is the only injector I’ll ever trust. Over the years I’ve watched her expertise and artistry continue to grow, and the results always speak for themselves. Even now, making a four-hour round trip to see her is absolutely worth it — I wouldn’t have it any other way. Lauren’s knowledge, precision, and care are unmatched, and she makes every appointment feel both comfortable and special. From lips to Botox, her technique is flawless and always tailored to exactly what I need. She’s more than just an injector to me — she’s someone I’ll trust and support always, and I’m truly proud to have her in my life.
I have seen Lauren for many many years! And I will continue to follow her wherever I go. I currently live overseas and I do not trust anyone with my injectable’s. I flew home just to see her this past weekend! I have never loved the way my lips or face has looked until I saw her! She has made my self confidence skyrocket. She has made reccomendations based off of what I told her I was looking for. Which I told her I wanted my face to look more sculpted and less rounded at my jaw line. She has since then done facial balancing in my cheeks, chin, and has injected toxins in my face including my masseters (probably spelling this wrong). She has also injected my lips, I would highly highly recommend her! Photo 4 is my before before photos and photo 5 is my after photo that I have saved and kept to show my friends over the years! Miracle worker.

I had an amazing experience at Spa Sway, and I see why it's ranked #1 in Austin! The set up is very beautiful such a nice and calm atmosphere. Gabby and Bailey at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, even when I arrived straight from a flight. Harold, the male masseuse, gave me the best massage I've ever had – he's incredibly skilled, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend Spa Sway to anyone that’s interested in going. I’ll definitely be booking again!
Spa Sway has quickly become my favorite spa in Austin. I’ve lived here for many years and have struggled to find a massage therapist and skincare guru that I love. Terry and Tristan are hands down the best at the craft in Austin. The membership is worth every penny and I cannot recommend them enough!
I have been a massage therapist for 29 years and recently moved back to Austin. I have been with the Spa Sway family for 2 months and feel like I have found my place to call home. I love how they take care of their internal customer and there is so much opportunity for growth.
I came here for their Galentines event and was so phenomed. The team was incredibly friendly, I loved the posh layout and relaxing feel of the location, and more than anything, it was exciting to learn about their services, because as a pregnant woman, where I get a massage matters.
I loved that they offer membership on the short term to adapt to lifestyles (because a lot can happen in a year) and waiting for when they are ready to offer private events, because I'm thinking of a gals day celebration after this baby out and I've got the hang of this whole new sleep thing.

Had a wonderful experience at Spa Sway. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staffs were incredibly professional and kind, and the treatments left me feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and be pampered!
10/10 experience! My first ever massage and Teri was incredible. She truly went above & beyond and made me feel so comfortable as a first timer. She was very knowledgeable, talked me through some of her different techniques but also just allowed me to enjoy the moment. I felt like I was in a different world at the end of it. Teri will be my go to from now on!

Such a beautiful facility that only accentuates the high quality services they offer! Can't wait to go back for another service. I am currently pregnant and recently had a prenatal massage there that was just so heavenly - the staff was so knowledgable and friendly, but am also looking forward to trying other services and facials post baby! I’ve had two amazing services at Spa Sway Westlake! My facial with Tristian was incredible, and I left feeling like a dewy dumpling. She was so sweet, and even helped me get my skin back on a good routine (they sell my two favorite lines skinbetter & skinceuticals)

I recently visited Spa Sway Westlake and had an incredible experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The ambiance was serene, with soothing music and calming scents. My full-body massage was fantastic, thanks to the skilled therapist who addressed all my needs. The facilities were immaculate, and the complimentary herbal tea in the lounge was a perfect touch. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!
The facility doesn’t have a locker room or lounge area. For the price you’re paying for services I don’t want to change in an individual bathroom and then sit in one of 3 chairs waiting. If the facility had a locker room or luxury lounge area to enjoy before or after your service it would make a world of difference.
This place along with the staff is first class. Just what Westlake needed . A top notch spa!
I have been visiting the original Spa Sway for over a decade and was excited to visit the new location! From the time I walked in until the end of my facial treatment with Tristian it was a 10/10 experience. I will be back soon and highly reccomend both spa locations!
