We had a wonderful experience with Suncoast enclosures. Jay and his crew were experienced, professional, responsive and genuinely nice and caring people. The entire experience was 10/10 and my biggest problem is that I now want to spend all my time in the enclosure. We especially love the louvred roof. Thank you Jay and Suncoast!

Great structure BUT the structural gutter is a leaky mess. Had them out to fix it multiple times and results always the same … leaky mess. Have a look at the really bad one in the photo. The one about the back door drips constantly. Not a clue why a join would have been put above a door. At this point I’m fed up with their inability to provide a product they sell that doesn’t leak. Absolutely a disappointment.

Update August 7th, 2024. New GM Pat reached out and visited to repair the gutters. Water test was completed. Time will be required to truly test re-seal will hold. Pat listened to my frustrations up to this point. I gave 4 stars due to the placement of a seam on the bottom gutter right above the door. This was not linked to Pat and a trust he will make it a teaching point for all future installations.
Bottom line is stuff happens and Pat was easy to work with to get it repaired. I would use their structures in the future Thank you Pat for getting it done.

Suncoast Enclosures was a most positive experience, all interactions were professional and the project was delivered as promised in a timely manner(all a pleasure to deal with, Ben in Sales, Fraser in Project Management, Steve and Josh who built the structure and all Suncoast employees). I can't say enough about Steve, he wanted to ensure our design was exactly as we wanted, he is a craftsman and has pride in his work. Thank you to all.

Suncoast staff were wonderful during the planning and construction of our 14 foot x 17 foot sunroom approx. 2 years ago, and they've been great resolving any problems we've had. The sunroom is our favorite room in the house. It feels like a cabin that you can step into any time of the day or night. We put in a wood stove, two overhead heaters, ceiling fan, Gem lights, outdoor speakers and TV, and it's got everything we could want. We can build a fire and listen to music or read a good book or watch a movie, and be comfortable all the way to -10C. When planning the room, we worried about spending the money and then not using it, but we use it every day and still feel very lucky to have it. I would highly recommend Suncoast Enclosures!

We recently had Suncoast Enclosures install a three season Room into our deck. The construction was done safely, quickly and in true craftsman style. Any final adjustments were dealt with promptly and the finished product is amazing.

From sales, estimating, planning, construction and turn over, Suncoast Enclosures have performed admirably. We would strongly recommend them.

This edit is 6 months after the original and has to do with a warranty claim. We had an issue with a seal that allowed water and silt into the channels of the polycarbonate roofing panels. Suncoast investigated it and promptly dispatched a crew to replace all the panels with new ones that were prepared to mitigate further risk of leaking.
We had an excellent experience with the original purchase and are please to be able to applaud the SunCoast aftermarket service as well.
