Hilltop Staff are exceptional! They allowed us to browse but also checked regularly to see if we had any questions. The showroom is clean and well organized. Once we made our selection they were prompt in sending us pictures to confirm our selection and save our slab.

On Wednesday, May 21, my husband and I visited Hilltop Surfaces to choose a slab of granite for kitchen countertops for a new home we recently purchased. We had been directed to Hilltop by a kitchen and bath design company, who definitely steered us in the right direction. First of all, Hilltop is very easy to get to for anyone living in Etobicoke or Mississauga or even Toronto's West End. It is easy to locate and there is ample parking. More importantly, we received a warm and gracious welcome upon arrival and we were also carefully briefed about safety precautions to observe while taking in all the beautiful stone samples on display. The selection of slabs is extensive and impressive. There is something to suit every taste imaginable. By going online prior to our visit we had pinpointed the type and colour scheme of the granite that we thought would work well in our new kitchen. Hilltop's lovely representative Shilpa guided us to the exact row where the appropriate slabs were located and she offered great tips on how to best view the samples. We narrowed the choices down to two. Shilpa helped us make our final decision, which was very reassuring. Throughout our entire visit, we were treated with utmost courtesy, respect, and consideration. We never once felt rushed. Our selection was reserved promptly and Shilpa offered clear explanations as to next steps. We really appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, expertise, and customer focus demonstrated by everyone at Hilltop during our visit. We highly recommend this excellent stone surface supplier! Five stars for sure!

Hilltop Surfaces is one of the best (if not the best) stone suppliers in the GTA! I’ve had nothing but incredible experiences with them! The first time I was there Shilpa (the owner) was so helpful. I told her what look I was going for, and she took me through the warehouse showing me every stone that met my criteria. When I finally settled on one, she had her team bring the crane and actually lift 3 slabs out of the block so I could get a better look at the variation in the stone. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. Wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly customer service!! I highly recommend them!!

Went looking for natural stone slabs for counters and backsplash. Excellent selection of natural stone with a variety of finishes. We were looking for leathered quartzite or granite and Hilltop had many colours in this finish, which we were not able to find at other stone galleries. We were very impressed with the selection available. Staff were fantastic - knowledgeable and super friendly. They left us alone to wander through the slabs and discuss the many options in front of us, so we didn't feel overshadowed or rushed.
I highly recommend a visit to Hilltop to get a good idea of the breadth of colours and finishes available and see the large slabs to get the best idea of the colour and design in the stone before making a selection with your contractor or fabricator. Viewing slabs at their full size is a game changer, and Hilltop presents options you didn't think were possible.
