Westdale Shoppers Drug Mart

I am a loyal Shoppers Drug Mart customer. I worked at another chain as a cashier and a pharmacy assistant a few years ago. In terms of customer service, this has got to be one of the worst Shoppers Drug Mart stores I have ever visited. The staff is very rude and not helpful. The owner is the only good pharmacist and staff member that is respectful to customers. The pharmacy tech is VERY mean and quite frankly ageist to young people (i.e. university students). I have had several issues with the pharmacy and the staff were very unprofessional. My father asked to speak to the pharmacist and the tech replied that he can't because she wouldnt be able to help him with his drug plan. That is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with this location.
