Contacted C&M initially who said they'd be out the next afternoon. No call. No show. Fortunately for me Blue Dot was able to schedule me right away. Sent request for service online. Rep called me to confirm. Juan showed up as scheduled. Fixed the issue right away & offered a contract service to maintain my air conditioners. Professional. Prompt. Courteous.

Had an excellent experience with Brent and Danny. Service was performed just as expected. They were able to clean dryer vent and the exposed louver on the roof. They shared the before and after video of the view inside the dryer vent. Returned dryer to original state and left no mess or sign of work being performed. I recommend using Blue Dot if you need your dryer vent cleaned.

Juan was very prompt, professional, and personable. I got in touch with Blue Dot through Yelp. They reacted quickly. I contacted them at about 8 AM and they were there at 10 AM. Juan diagnosed the issue in less than a minute. (Drainpipe float switch). He then cleared out the drainpipe, turned the system back on, and it was fixed. Less than $100 for a true professional is a good deal. I'm very satisfied.
