The store itself is great, cosmetics staff are always soo friendly and helpful. But the pharmacy... I don't know if new management has taken over the pharmacy at this location because I have been going there for 2 years now and I have never had a problem until recently. For 6 on-going months it has been the same on-going issue. There was 2 gentleman who were extremly rude to me, very unorganized.. they say they will call and never do. They have caused me nothing but stress and I will deffinatley be changing pharmacies! They would tell me my prescription is ready. Then I go in to pick it up and they say there isn't even a prescription for it...then they say they will take care of it. But they never have. I brought the prescription in myself in writing from the dr and they couldn't "read"it and gave me a hard time with that. So I had it faxed over MULTIPLE TIMES, and MULTIPLE times they said it was taken care of. To this day it is still not resolved, and honestly it is not worth the stress!! Go somewhere else!
