The office itself is spotless and modern, which immediately put me at ease. I had to get an extraction, and not only was the procedure smooth and surprisingly comfortable, but the dentist, Dr. Godko and his assistant, Kim were amazing, gentle, thorough, and clearly skilled at what they do.

I also have to give a huge shout-out to Carmen, the office manager, who went above and beyond to help me. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the process and aftercare. That level of attention and kindness is rare and truly made a difference.

What stood out most was the way the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. They checked in on me throughout the visit and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I walked out not just with a healthier smile, but with genuine confidence in my care team.

I've been a patient at Deluxe Dentistry for over a year now and so happy I found them! They are thorough, efficient and communication between doctor/patient is great. I went to Deluxe Dentistry after having issues with my root canals from a previous dental office and I feel Deluxe saved my teeth. The front staff are always so friendly, helpful and very clear with communicating insurance coverages. Definitely make your appointment with them! :)

Dr. Maxim Godko, DDS, FICOI was my dentist years ago and branched off to a practice that truly cares and recognizes patients! He is a great doctor.
My primary dentist, Dr. Choe, is the top, too!
During Covid it was hard to get appointments, but Delux Dentistry is understanding, flexible hours, has a plan for you and has been the greatest dental experience I've had.
Thanks not only to the docs, but the ease of scheduling, the assistants and front desk team, I am so glad to give 5 stars.

I have been a patient at Deluxe Dental for about one year and have never been disappointed with the outcome. The office is clean and staff is always friendly and professional.
Dr.Choe, is exceptional he is very patient and throughly explain and educate his patients. You are in good hands with him. Your comfort is his highest priority.

I went in for the first time, as an emergency patient in pain. The staff was pleasant to deal with, and they took care of me. The procedure was intense, but I couldnt imagine it being and less painful. They did a good job. I am healing now, and I expect this procedure to be a success. Id definitely go back.

I was in the dental chair for about 3 hours, getting a root canal & cap. I never felt any pain & the dentist and his assistant were very attentive. This was my 2nd ever root canal & it was no problem. I would definitely recommend Deluxe for these procedures.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctor explained the procedures in language that I could understand, rather than technical dental terms. He never seemed to be in a hurry, even though I asked numerous questions. A very pleasant experience.

I have a bad phobia for going to the dentist. But when I got here, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They would tell me what they would be doing before doing anything which I greatly appreciate. Plus they let me watch Netflix while I was being worked on and that helped out a lot.

I cannot even begin to articulate the pain and suffering this place has caused me. They just want your money and will say you need a bunch of procedures you don’t, causing irreparable damage. This place has cause thousands and thousands of dollars of damage and years of pain.

I did spend thousands here, After the first botched procedure I reached out via phone and their fb profile crying in extreme pain, whatever he did he made matters worse. I have all the receipts. They then talked me into a second procedure for a root canal, everything they did made my situation worse, I'm still dealing with issues on this same tooth and will most likely lose it after the botched job they both did. As far as my motivation, my review to hopefully prevent others from having to go though the same devesting pain and trauma I'm still dealing with.****

I’ve been visiting Deluxe Dentistry for the past two years and the service has been amazing since day 1. It has been quick to schedule appointments and they run on time, which I appreciate. I have seen the dental hygienist, Alex, since the beginning and she has been super welcoming, personable and informative. I can trust her with my dental health. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I called the office today to let them know that I tested positive for covid and can't come for my appointment. The office staff placed me on hold for quite some time to go speak to the doctor. He came back and requested that i provide proof of covid test result in order to waive the $50 fee for cancelation. I infomed him that It was an at home test kit. He asked me to go to a facility to get tested to provide the results. I told him im not going to get tested just so i can get the results to cancel and waive a fee for a dental appointment. He requested that i email the office the picture of the at home test showing the positive lines to which i declined. Then he said the fee would not be waived without proof of the results. I was already pissed about the request and have felt targeted in this office on several occasions, so I told him to do whatever he wanted. He abruptly told me bye and ended the call. I called the office back and told him I'm keeping my appointment and will bring proof with me. I received a call within less than a minute from another staff member asking me not to come in, and the fee was already waived. I told her that employers can obtain proof to help manage isolation, exposure, and staffing. However, there are no cdc guidelines recommending that doctors' offices can do the same to waive cancellation fees. They can clearly hear that i have laryngitis, but not once did they ask for symptoms, rescheduling, informed me of their procedure, or told me to get well. Instead, she told me to do whatever i want going forward. I had to let her know that i could read between the lines and had no intentions of returning to that office. Shame on them for treating their loyal customers this way. Yes, i said customers because they tend to forget that we are paid customers and can take our money/ medical insurance elsewhere. You just lost four loyal customers from this family, and i hope you don't treat any of your other customers the same.

Out $1000 and left with chipped teeth! On my first visit for an annual checkup I was “sold” on the idea of replacing my bonding which was 20 years old. I was told that having my teeth whitened beforehand would make the bonding look better but that would be out of pocket. I went ahead and had both procedures done and the bonding chipped within the week. The repair was a patch job, rather than removing and replacing the tooth entirely. Despite my concerns of it chipping again because the dentist had done it thinner than my prior dentist, she insisted that it looked better this way and she would continue to fix it if it chipped- but she left the practice! It is now chipped again on two teeth and when I went in to have it looked at I was told they would not take responsibility for her work and told me they could either smooth out the bottoms, which would likely make them uneven or they would fix it the right way and charge me all over again. I was told by them to try tracking down the other dentist but she is not authorized to do bonding work at her new workplace so they wouldn’t help me. I tried contacting deluxe again to see if someone there would help me but more than two weeks later no one has returned my call. I paid for teeth I hate to even look at! Sorry I did it!

I had bonding for 20 years before this and I did not seek out these procedures, they were recommended to me. I was given two options and I chose the one I could afford. Porcelain veneers would have been nice but not everyone can afford the thousands of dollars they cost. The fact that you are criticizing me for making a decision based on budget suggests to me you are more concerned with making money than accommodating your patient. I was NEVER warned against doing the bonding and I was fully aware that it is not as permanent a solution, but it was the one I could afford and had proven successful in the past. The reason I had TWO (NOT multiple) procedures is because it chipped within the first few days and I had to come back. Despite repeatedly voicing my concerns about her doing it so much thinner than it had been done by my prior dentist she insisted it was more aesthetic and less bulky and did it anyway- then said that she would repair it if it chipped again, which it DID four months later which brought me back to your office. The dentist that saw me NEVER mentioned a discounted rate or I would have at least entertained the conversation instead of getting upset, although I don’t think I should have to pay again for shoddy work I agree a patch job to the bottom is not the solution but that is exactly what your dentist did to repair it the first time which is what brought me back again. Finally, the fact remains that I left a message asking for help from your office after my last visit which was NEVER returned so I had no choice but to voice my frustration. My husband and I will be looking for a new dentist and I will live with the regret of having this procedure done in the first place.

Today, I had a great experience at the dentist, where I got my teeth cleaned. Elena, the dental hygienist, was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout the entire appointment. Very impressed from the moment I parked to go to my appointment. They had signs designated to Deluxe Denistry patient parking. The front desk staff were all very pleasant , which was a huge change for me! My last place has a VERY rude secretary and was half the reason that I left so this was a nice change for me. The hygienist and Dr were so amazingly nice as well! I didn’t get a report that I would’ve wanted although that is due to improper care from my last dentist.
The availability is shocking! So wonderful to have more than one dentist at an office is my thought.

I had a great experience here. Everything was very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I don’t have dental insurance but was provided with an affordable plan through the establishment, which I happily signed up for. It included so many great perks and discounts. I would absolutely recommend Deluxe Dentistry to anyone in need of dental care. Usually I am nervous when going to the dentist, but I was made comfortable enough where I am looking forward to my future with Deluxe Dentistry.

Seems like a good place for cleaning and fillings. Very friendly and everything but not what I went there for. Definitely not an emergency dental care. Only went there instead of my normal dentist since it said emergency dental care my wife figured a 1 stop shop.

They couldn't confirm what is causing my pain a few different possible things things all revolving around a 10+ old root canal but I get sent to another dentist.

Glad for the antibiotics ( zzz update glad they didn't listen sent it to the wrong pharmacy 1099 and 200 don't even sound the same or even close ) but 100% waste of my time. 1 star for my specific
emergency case (so if anyone going there that may fall under endodonist) don't go here for emergency care they can't help.
