The mechanics, manager and staff at this shop went above and beyond to repair my car when I was hit by another driver. Alex’s passion for doing good work shows and they were willing to work on my car even though it’s an older model, unlike the first shop I took it to. They closely inspected the car and found damage the previous shop didn’t. They also worked with my insurance and did extra detail work on the interior which I wasn’t expecting, and were very transparent about expected repair time and all costs. I highly recommend this local gem if you ever are in an accident. I will send anyone I know who needs autobody work here going forward!

I took my daughter Lily's car in to be repaired and was helped by Zack B. He was super efficient, helpful, polite and thorough from beginning to end. And the shop did a fabulous job on the repair! Couldn't be more pleased, the whole experience was really professional.

After being hit from behind, I went to Duane's Body & Paint to get the my older truck repaired. Me going through the other party’s insurance was proving to be quite difficult. However Duane’s took over for me and, although there was very little money in it for Duane’s, the entire staff treated me like their most important customer. They did a great job of handling the troublesome insurance company and most importantly, did a wonderful job in repairing my truck. Highly recommended!

My car was damaged when it was hit by a U-Haul truck and it needed the bumper, passenger-side fender and headlight replaced. Duane's was able to work with the insurance company to ensure a smooth payment process as well as arrange for a rental car. Zach was upfront and communicative throughout the entire process, and my car was repaired within a week. They even polished the driver-side headlight to match the new one! My car came back looking good as new and clean, inside and out.

Zach and the team at Duane’s were incredible from start to finish. I came in with damage to my driver-side door, and they had it fully repaired within an hour. Zach was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The quality of the repair was excellent — you’d never know the door was damaged. A positive experience from the very beginning!
The hood of my truck got damaged from a falling tree branch while driving home last week. The insurance agent scheduled an appointment for me at Duane’s within the hour. The staff at Duane’s were very friendly and professional. I was given an estimate and was scheduled to deliver the vehicle for repair. The drop off a couple of days later was fast and easy. I was expecting the repair to take a couple of weeks and was amazed to hear that I would have the vehicle back before the end of the week (4 days!!). I was kept up to date on their progress via text or phone conversations daily. The job they did was nothing short of spectacular. My truck looks like new! Zach and others there were so nice to work with and the facility is spotless. Not at all what you would expect at an auto body shop.

Duane's Body and Paint delivered exceptional service. I accompanied my mother to have her vehicle repaired. The customer service was impressive. They did a fantastic job, restoring the vehicle to pristine condition. Additionally, they thoroughly cleaned the interior, leaving it spotless. My mother was thrilled.

Everything was fine until it wasnt.
Document EVERYTHING before taking your car to them because they WILL try and cheat you.

I met with Zach as my estimator; wouldn't really recommend working with him. He makes implications that customers are liars, trying to get over on their shop.

I was in a wreck, for which I was deemed not at fault.
I was hit on my front right side (near my coolant reservoir).
The morning after the accident, I found a puddle of my coolant on the ground, underneath my car, on the impacted side of the car.

Prior to this, I had a set repair date with DBP of 6/18.
However, after my observation, I immediately called my insurance adjuster and let her know this car was unsafe to drive & why. She agreed, and helped with the arrangements for early pickup with my rental.

After picking up my vehicle today, while the inside & out were wonderfully cleaned, my A/C would not cool down.
My reservoir is slightly over half full ... my A/C was fine & now it's not.

So I spoke to Zach and he tells me "what's impossible" and that my malfunctioning A/C is not due to the accident.
Then he says it's up to the insurance company to decide and from there they add it on the ticket, but more than likely the answer is no...
So of course I speak to my insurance & let them know and she tells me that she and DBP are in cahoots together and she will take his word over mine, EVEN THOUGH she already documented and acknowledged my safety concern.

So not only can you not trust CSAA Insurance Group via AAA, but you cannot trust Duane's Body & Paint either. They do not value their customers or remain mindful of their experiences with their auto accidents.

I went in with A/C, came out with hot air.
I don't want money or anything else. I just want A/C for this 100+ degree weather for my daughter and I.

I've taken three Tacomas to Duane's for accident insurance covered repairs over the last 25 years. Honest, upfront, timely, quality work every time. For truck #3 I asked Hector about fixing an unrelated(non-insurance) crease 5" x 1/2" deep in the top half of the right front fender behind the wheel well. He gave me a reasonable price but I didn't pull the trigger. 4 days later when I picked up the vehicle I noticed they had popped out the crease such that the fender was 85% better than it was, unnoticable at first glance. You will not be disappointed. 6 Stars!!

Professional and very kind. I went through the other party's insurance, but Duane's still made sure that I was kept up to date on repairs and adjustments to the estimate. They coordinated with enterprise for getting my rental and were even finish ahead of schedule!

Full disclosure, my car was a mess, lots of long hours of travel with a child every weekend... it was a mess and the guys detailed the interior. Embarrassed but greatful. Definitely would recommend Duane's for any body work.

I chose this place since it was in my insurance’s network. I wasn’t sure at first since it didn’t have top ratings. I previously took my cars to Kniesel’s but I wish I had known about this place sooner because I would have come here every time instead. My car had damage on and around the right front quarter panel from an accident and the whole right side looks amazing!!! My car now has a “good side” for photos. 😅😂🤣😆🥹 I am so satisfied with the work done to my car. My representative was Zach who didn’t seem to be much of a people person over the phone or in person. Alex checked me out and he was very kind and more open to interaction. There was constant interaction via phone from the moment I scheduled an estimate. Contact to confirm any drop off and or pick up dates and times. They also use a system called CarWise so you can stay updated with costs and know where in the process your car is regarding service. The front lady is very friendly and accommodating.

They work with the Enterprise located on Broadway to switching to or front a rental is seamless. I was able to drop my car off at Duane’s, pick up the rental from there, drop the rental back off at Duane’s and get my car back. Such an easy process for what can be a stressful event.

Not only was the outside shining, the inside had been cleaned also which I appreciate because I didn’t have time to do so before I dropped it off! I frequent the car wash multiple times a week and clean inside and out of my car, so for them to do that upon return was a great surprise! I’m sad to know I can’t go through the car wash for 30 days while my car “heals” but it’s worth it considering the past work I’ve gotten done elsewhere! Super grateful for their time, patience, and great work! I would recommend Duane’s if you don’t know where to get your car repaired!

Clay and the entire staff was amazing when I took my car in to get fixed. Clay performed a thorough estimate and explained everything to me in detail. Clay is extremely professional and his customer service was incredible. The repairs to my car turned out great and the turn around time was less than a week. The system they have to view updates on your car was so easy to use and allowed me to follow along with the progress. The entire staff at Duane's was also incredible. Everyone was so accommodating and thorough. The shop itself is clean and welcoming. The front desk attendant was also very kind and professional. They earned a customer for life with this experience and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed!
