White Cabs - Leduc Taxi and Airport Taxi

When I called, I was told 15- 20 minutes. Also, the driver would call, beforehand. The driver never called, and took over 30 minutes to arrive. The windshield had a huge crack across it. The car smelled. The driver told me the card machine would not work, as she forgot to plug it it and charge it overnight. The cost was going to be $85 she said. When I stated I didn't have that much, she asked how much I did have. I showed her I had $55. She said I could pay her the $55 cash and another $20 on credit card. So, the machine DID work. Interesting. Then she was receiving texts while she was driving. Took a phone call for over 10 minutes (she was still on the phone with the man when I got out). Dropped me off at the wrong building. Which was close, but I had to walk to the Kaye Edmonton clinic from where I exited the car (I walk with a cane and have trouble walking). If I ever need a cab in Edmonton again, I will be calling another company.

Booked a cab 36 hours in advance just to be told last minute they sent their drivers in long runs and cannot pick up. Then proceeded to tell me a confirmation of the ride means nothing. They continued to try and put the blame on me for booking so far in advance. The also can’t understand a word if English. Do not use these guys they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Booked The cab a few days in advance. Then 2 hours before the cab was supposed to arrive they're dispatch called me and I required a flight number for the cab. When I told them I didn't have a flight number as I am an employee working at the airport and I'm just needing a cab to get home, they change their story and said that I had to find a different taxi service because their driver would not be up that late.

Absolutely horrible service. Canceling right before they're supposed to arrive even though the cab was booked multiple days in advance.

I used to use white cabs to get to work when I wasn't feeling like walking an hour there or depending on the weather, but after my experience yesterday I will not be using them at all.

I called up white cabs at around 3:45 PM yesterday, and asked for a cab for pickup. They told me there would be around a 25 minute wait in which I agreed to, I had to be at work for 5 so I was anticipating a wait.

Nearing the time I was supposed to be picked up I got a call from my driver letting me know they would not be picking me up. I do not think I was given a reason and they hung up abruptly. I was in genuine shock when this happened because I have NEVER had this happen to me from ANY cab company ever. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional, but now if I decided to start walking I would be late for work. My theory is someone else called for a longer total fare and they decided to take that, but that doesn't excuse the blatant unprofessional-ism and lack of care.

I called Mr. Taxi and they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes and they got there in about 15.

Never once have I been so utterly disgusted by the behavior of a company, and will not be using them again, and I implore you to look to Mr. Taxi if you need a ride as they won't leave you hanging because someone else has a more expensive trip.

They have a great service. I came all the way from Toronto yesterday night at 11 45 pm and I called many cabs. Nobody was ready to pick me up at that time as many of them were booked. But your cab 018 gave me the excellent service. You guys are doing perfect job. Thankyou for giving quick service, and communicating positively with me.

On my behalf the girl that has driven me was very nice and car was very clean. She was very fast to arrive like five minutes. She drove perfectly excellent driver. Very comfortable to talk to.

Horrible experience with this company, I booked my ride over a week in advance to the airport for a flight. I missed their call and called back within seconds and received a message saying I have a cab booked with the option to cancel ride. I did not cancel, I then continuing waiting as they called before my booked time so I assumed it was a “heads up call”. Time passes and I call again to hear that they just left. Now I’m waiting an additional 25-30 mins and will probably miss my flight. There was an option to pay ahead, I’m glad I didn’t as they just leave.

I have been using White Cabs through this cold snap in Leduc. I appreciate the set rate for Leduc making travel within the city affordable. The young lady who has been driving me is a very friendly pleasant person and a pleasure to be riding with. She is a very competent driver and knows the city well. My greatest respect to her.

018 cab was amazing!!!! She made extra stops for us and got us to the airport on time!!!!!!! You are the best and only female cab driver I have had!

this taxi service is horrible me and my buddy called them to get to a friends house and this lady picked us up and it smelled so bad in the car and tried charging me $25 even tho it was a 5 min ride then she lowered it to $15 which is still a bad price. i am never calling this cab service again and nether should other people save there money.

Exceptional service provided by professional and polite driver. The ride was very comfortable and relaxing.

Driver didn’t speak much English which lead to him arriving at the wrong pick up twice. Got fustrated with me on the phone and hung up. Once I got in the car the driver clearly hadn’t showered in days and was swerving in his lane while chatting with a friend in India. Pathetic service. Will never order a cab from this company again.

Worst cab service I have ever had in my life. The car stank of cigarette smoke and the driver smelt like he hadn't bathed in a month. Ran numerous stop signs and exceeded the speed limit consistently, not to mention nearly causing two accidents and very nearly hitting a pedestrian.

All of the reviews on google supporting and praising this company are one hundred percent completely fake, and posted either by employees of the company and their family members and friends. or by the owners of the company themselves. They're running a huge scam out in Spruce Grove, trying to force out a a very successful family run company.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR SUPPORT. EDUCATE YOURSELF ON WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE.

There is lots of information available online on many different sites regarding exactly what this company is about and what they're trying to pull. We need to get rid of them.

AWFUL! you should be ashamed for what you're doing. We all know. Especially how one of your drivers was in a huge accident and low and behold he didn't have a Canadian driver's license... not allowed to even work in Canada either. I don't know what your running but I hope others will support those other reliable CANADIAN companies who have been here for years and years who take pride in what they do.
