This has been the worse experience I have had with booking a service online. I booked my event Booking ID #184 for January 11th 2025, paid $600 for the event plus tax and they NEVER showed up. I called Monday after right away, they answered and the gentleman was going to look into to it and call me back and they would refund me. I have been calling them nonstop every other day and no answer. I am about to file a police report. These people are scammers do not book anything with them.
I see they respond to send them an email to fix the issue, well I did and the email address doesn’t exist. Do not use this service, they are not trustworthy at all.

I’ve only had good experiences with Pixel Perfect Booths. They have flexible scheduling, and have all kinds of themes depending on whatever event you have going on. Would definitely recommend if you’re setting up an event.
I rented out their 360 booth and we had so much fun with it. Very good service and top booths. Will recommend to all my friends!!
Residents loved the 360 photo booth we had for our resident holiday event. This was well worth the investment, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience they provided. The gentleman who arrived was helpful and friendly and the setup was more than we expected with a really cool inflatable wall and lighting. This was a great add on to our event and we would use them again in the future.
The literal booth itself was great - everyone loved it & enjoyed taking pictures- that's why 2 stars. should be 1 tbh.
However, the communication with them is horrible. And I seem to be one of the few who think so, per the other reviews.
This was for a Company Holiday Party..
I paid in FULL a month before & there was no contact until ONE DAY BEFORE event, even after multiple attempts spanning over weeks. They created my proof of design day of, 7 HRS before - which they say they will contact you 7 DAYS before event.
I was told the digital copies from the event would be sent 7 days after the event has taken place. It's been over a month & they refuse to answer calls, texts, emails.
Feeling ripped off.
However, the communication with them is horrible. And I seem to be one of the few who think so, per the other reviews.

What fun! We hired Pixel Perfect Booths for our client's annual company Christmas party. It was a big success. Pixel Perfect Booths' staff was easy to work with on the pre-event details and their attendant for the event was punctual, friendly, and very easy to work with.
Pixel Perfect Booths was the perfect addition to our company holiday party! They worked with me even when I had to make a last minute change and provided a fun backdrop and space for our event. Their print-outs were branded exactly as I had hoped. And the icing on the cake was their attendant. He was so kind and helpful and professional. I will definitely be using them again!
Overall, the photo booth experience the night of the event was wonderful, however leading up to the night, the communication and coordination was HORRIBLE!

I then booked them and paid the entire deposit. From that point forward, I essentially never heard from them again. A few weeks before the event I tried reaching out to secure details about backdrop color, template wording, props, etc., via email, via their portal, via phone call and voicemail and heard nothing. Finally a week n a half before the wedding, they answer my phone call and say they'll be in touch 1 week prior to the event. One week comes and goes. I call them every single day leading up to the wedding and finally THE DAY BEFORE I text them saying I will just cancel and request a refund since I haven't heard from them. This finally gets their attention and they text me back immediately. They had me choosing and editing my template for the photo booth prints just HOURS before the wedding started. Not only was this stressful, but also just so unprofessional and could've easily been avoided.
The employee who came to the wedding to set up and run the photo booth was very sweet and kind.
Overall, I would not book pixel perfect booths again solely due to the horrendous communication and lack of professionalism.

We recently hired Pixel Perfect Booths for a corporate event, and it was an absolute blast! The attendants were very friendly greeted us with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. The process was seamless, from selecting our photo strip design to receiving prints/videos. I am very excited to receive the digital copies as well. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to add a dash of fun and laughter to their occasion!

We hired Pixel Perfect’s 360 photo booth for our outdoor wedding. From the initial contact, I knew we were in good hands with Omar. He answered my many questions throughout the process. And, he confirmed the service the week before. The booth attendants were at the venue early to set up. They brought great props, and a background. And, they did an amazing job making sure everybody knew what to do and got a chance to use it! Most of our guests had never seen a 360 photo booth before, and they LOVED it! Everyone got a copy of their video and we got copies of all of them! It’s such a great memory. Thank you, Pixel Perfect, you made our event very special!
Very professional and great communication. Amazing experience from start to finish. I was looking for a Photo Booth on short notice. Only had two weeks to book a booth for a surprise party. I spoke with someone at Pixel Perfect Booths. They gave me all the information I needed. They worked with my time line and it was perfect. Both back drops, lighting, photo background. I even had a last minute a request and they were more than happy to make the adjustments.
We used them for our wedding and was a big hit. Everyone loved it. The staff were great on time prices are reasonable compared to others we got quotes from. Quality was very good and we were able to pick out themed prints which was really nice.
I highly recommend Pixel Perfect Booths!!! I’m a very satisfied customer, they did our renewal/wedding and they did an excellent job. From the booking to the finished photos. On a scale of 1-5 I’d give them a 10 ☺️. I’ll definitely use their services
