Michael graduated from the University of Kentucky Physician’s Assistant program in 1987 as a designated traveling scholar. Upon graduation, Michael served with the United States Public Health Service, serving with the Indian Health Service as well as the Office of Immigration, Refuge and Resettlement. He is board certified in primary care, with thirty years of experience serving rural communities across Wyoming.
