Shoppers Drug Mart

Not happy been a customer for a while and everything g was great even delivery. I have lost half my lung capacity last year and now have one and a half lung and I’m required to have my ventilation at all times.

I had a majour attack last night and I’m almost on empty and I’m required to travel with medication (ventallion when ever possible now due to everythin)).

So I called Shoppers on Osborn and ask for door delivery of my ventilation. At my appartment. It’s not far but I understand you have to wait. I talked to a nice lady there very helpful she even took my payment. When I asked her about delivery of ventilation I was told it would be delivered by 12:00pm at the latest.

It’s 12:28 now and no ventilation so I figure okay the guy is late understandable. I live on a busy street parking can be a problem and there has been problems on the street as of late.

When I talk to the other nice person she told me that my delivery would of been there for 2:00 to 6:00pm

I ask why is that and she told me that what the deliver on Saturday’s.

I was promised by the previous person 1200 pm at the latest.

Sad thing is this if I was told later I could of arrange someone to pick it up etc.

I still need to stay home and wait for it.

I also have a couple of places that I had to go to as well.

Now I’m still stuck at home waiting for my ventilation.

I’m not happy at all.

I am sorry for ranting and letting the other person on the phone about my disbelief but when you promised a time you follow by it.

Peoples lives are at stake. What if it was a insulin shot that was needed or heart pills etc and the person was told one time then when they call back it’s a different time.

Please be careful when promising delivery times.

I’m stuck at my place of residence waiting for the ventilation and I was hoping to get other things done today before the code red again. I’m in no condition to walk right now and if so it has to be very brief until I have my ventilation.

I’m thankful for my symbercourt that was given to me and I have extra of that to use incase of emericies but however it’s only in dire emergency only.
