Caroline is the best Esthetician & I love every session with her. She makes me feel so comfortable. I’ve enjoyed Dermazen Spa & can’t wait to see my results!!

The facial and neck treatments (I saw Caroline) were excellent, and I did see instant improvement. The spa waiting area wasn't as luxurious as others I’ve been in, and it is the only reason I didn’t give it five stars Overall. The office manager was very nice, and offered me different options to work with my budget and keep costs down if I wish to have further treatments. I did make an appointment to return.

I love this place I gave a review before but for some reason I can't see it. But Caroline is who I always request. She is professional and is always smiling making you feel comfortable and with family. I've been referring others she give this place an over all smile. I tried one other place because she wasn't available one day and I didn't get the same care . Love this place

I cannot tell you enough about my wonderful aesthetician named Samantha. She always does such an amazing job with my facials and other treatments. She is very skilled and extensive with her applications. I always feel very relaxed during my sessions. She definitely makes my skin glow! I cannot wait for the next time I get to enjoy another treatment. I have been telling all of my friends and family about her. This Spa is immaculate, comfortable and my new favorite place.

I arrived to the salon at 4:10 for my scheduled appointment at 4:15. I was greeted by Caroline and another employee. I filled out my paperwork while I waited. I was not taken back until 4:35. I was also in the waiting room with another lady who had a 4:15. Caroline said she was going to set up the room, and the manager would be out to do a consult first. He never came out prior to me going back. I had the BEST FACIAL, the ambiance was beautiful and the environment was very clean. Caroline was professional and the service was amazing. When going to leave Caroline said I would again get a consult from the manager. At the time, he was with the lady who arrived at the same time as I did. Caroline went over again what was included in my facial and asked for feedback. Again, she was wonderful. I was however now running late. Caroline understood I was in a hurry to leave. The manager made it very difficult for me to pay and leave, and then wanted me to come back for a consult after already making me wait to go back and leave. The facial I received was absolutely 5 stars. However waiting for a consult for 20 mins after my appointment time, and then trying to force me to stay after my services were completed is extremely disrespectful. An appointment works both ways. You expect me to be there, and I expect to be seen, and be able to leave when I want to.
