Cannot say enough about Xavier and his crew. They did my daughter’s roof and siding and it is flawless. They also did my sons two family and it came out beautiful. They did all the small things right. Replaced rotted wood, dryer vents same color. Would recommend them to anyone

Freddy recently handled our gutter cleaning and also took care of some roof repairs, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough—he explained what needed to be done, completed the job efficiently, and left everything neat and clean. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Freddy delivered on all counts. My husband and I can’t recommend Xavier and his team at 757 Exteriors Inc. enough. The team was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end of our homes renovations. My husband and I had damage from the storm that happened at the end of last summer. We had some damage in our roof as well as a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. We contacted Xavier and he came to assess the issue with in a day of calling him. Xavier helped us work with our insurance company thoughout the whole process. Xavier found other damage from the storm that we didn’t know we had. My husband and I were overwhelmed when we found out the news. Xavier calmed our fears and helped support us. He continued to work with the insurance company to provide the support we needed to get the repairs done and a timely, professional manner. He guided us with colors and selections that my husband and I was having a had time making a decision on. Xavier and his team redid our roof, siding, windows, doors, as well as put us in contact with contractors to add on a porch in the front of the house and 2 in the back of the house. Someone to redo our kitchen ceiling, and a electrician to work on one of the electrical lines that was found to have damage/fraying. We were blessed to have him and his team support us in such a stressful time.

When I first filed a claim with my insurance company, I hired an adjuster and unfortunately had a bad experience. While searching for roofers, I came across Xavier. From the moment he took over the claim, everything was handled with honesty and professionalism. Working with him was a breeze. His team did an outstanding job replacing my roof, the work was clean, efficient, and completed in just one day. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly, leaving the outside spotless. Had the siding replaced from cedar shakes to primed cedar siding. They were able to match the existing siding on the front and back of house perfectly. Very professional work completed with great attention to detail. Highly communicative throughout process and great progress tracking with photos. Reasonably priced. I needed a full replacement of my roof and gutters and I am very fortunate to have found this company to do it. Their sales rep, John, was incredibly helpful, kind, and down to earth. He expressed genuinely that the character of the people and the quality of their work is the reason he joined this company. After the work was completed, I have to say I understand what he meant.

I was first introduced to Xavier and 757 Exteriors last November when I needed a quick repair made for an intermittent leak. He came over the next day and quickly took care of the issue. During that time we discussed replacing all of the roof shingles in the spring. When I was ready to begin the project, I was quickly provided with a fair quote and the project was scheduled. All materials were delivered ahead of work starting. On the day of the roof replacement, the 757 team arrived at my house and quickly setup to begin work. Everyone was very professional, courteous and focused on doing a quality job. By midafternoon, the house and garage had been completed and the crew was packed up.

Before the team left, I was asked to look around to make sure that I was satisfied with the work, which I was! Most impressive to me was the time they took to ensure the property was clean of any debris. This was especially important to me as I have two energetic dogs which would have found any stray nail or piece of shingle. Since the shingles were replaced, I also hired them for a small siding repair job and plan to contact them when I am ready to replace all of the siding on the house.
