Used this to purchase our first home in Calgary. Really great service for those that know what they are looking for or do lots of their own work finding places on the market (realtors also help a lot when needed). Super easy to deal with and great realtors as well. No issues at all and glad to save some money as always.

Our experience listing and getting HonestDoor to make changes was very fast. We also learned to put ‘our neighborhood’ in the MLS Ad, and list the commission we would pay the ‘selling agent’. I would use Honest Door again. Real estate agents (and individuals) contacted us directly and they had no concerns with working directly with us. We save over 50% in commission by listing with HonestDoor.

Our listing hit the market on a Friday afternoon, we had a showing within 45 minutes and a dozen more that weekend. By Monday afternoon we had signed an accepted offer at 98% of asking price.

What’s interesting is when every house on my block increased in value but they show a decrease on my home. I don’t trust any of the numbers this site puts on a home given that quite literally a couple houses down from mine, on a smaller lot, with less sqft, no upgrades like mine just sold for $100k more then this site values my home. I appreciated their Sales Team reaching out prior to completing the report to get specifics about what we were hoping to use the report for (buy/sell) and then provided results accordingly.
