Negin is absolutely wonderful! She is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable before during and after the procedure.
Negin was very informative on each step she was doing. She also check though out the treatment to make sure I was ok. Very professional. I’d highly recommend her.

Anyway, out of the 4 treatments I’ve had at Novuskin none of them have done anything to change or improve my skin. I’ve seen no changes. Also came in to do the turkey neck treatment and they decided to do Venus viva and T shock instead. I’ve spent a lot of money and have received nothing I wanted for it.

Negin is amazing, This is my first time microneedling she made me feel comfortable and it was a painless process, excellent and hospitable professional ☺️

My mother was sold a med spa treatment package without understanding all that entailed. She believed that her current credit card would be kept on file and charged whenever a service was performed. However, the company signed her up for a $3,229 spa package that was charged to their own credit card service (which my mom didn't realize she was signing up for) with a 32.99% interest rate. My mother is 85 years old and was confused by the entire process.
I reached out, hoping that customer service would understand and rectify the situation. I spoke with the manager and explained that my mom did not understand the paperwork she was signing, but the manager only continued to promote their products, not grasping the scope of the conversation. I then spoke with the finance manager who basically told me that since they had my mother's signature, I had to deal with the creditors.
The elderly are constantly being taken advantage of, and this company's behavior is unethical and shameful.

Negin was awesome! Very knowledgeable and I was impressed with my results. Also made me feel very at ease for my first laser hair removal session
I froze my account with them and they sent a text asking if I wanted to freeze. I thought it was asking if I wanted to continue and said no. I realized what I did and spoke with them again and they reassured me my account was frozen. I asked if I would get another confirmation and they specifically told me that I wouldn't because it was just an error. I scheduled the time for my account to be charged after the freeze was lifted and they charged it twice despite having them verify they wouldn't do that after the freeze was removed. I called and they are saying it will take 5-10 business days to get my $220 they took from my account without permission. absolutely unacceptable. the woman was combative saying she has a contract. Essentially their contract doesn't hold them liable for their errors and they don't have to uphold their end of the contract. Wrong person to mess with. BBB will be notified and it will be disputed with my bank. The lack of accountability for their error is terrible business practice for a salon. I can't imagine a high end salon staying in business acting like this.
Savannah was amazing! Very thoughtful and thorough while making the procedure I had done as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend her and the Spa to anyone looking to improve their skin.

I feel extremely disappointed with the service I received. The technician recommended a product that I later discovered I did not need. They sold me a facial package, and after using it, I began to experience breakouts. I raised my concerns with a manager at the reception, but I was told that my skin needed time to adjust to the product.
Despite using the product as instructed for three months, my skin condition only worsened. I stopped using the product three months ago, and my skin has slowly returned to normal. This experience has left me regretful for trusting this company with such a sensitive aspect of my well-being.

Negin assisted me, and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was initially a bit nervous and stressed about trying new services, but she immediately put me at ease.

Been going here for over a year or so. Most of the times were pleasant experiences. This last one with a male injector left me feeling taken advantage of. I made my spending limit well known & agreed on services that should have been within that limit (didn’t think to clarify- since I already said what my limit was. I ended up being charged double! When they asked if I wanted to tip him, I said well he is really good no doubt but I can’t tip because he just surprised me with having to pay an extra $400 I wasn’t prepared for & never wanted to pay! Be careful with men injectors! This never occurred before when I had female injectors.

What drew me in to Novuskin is that I saw on social media some advertisement about melesma treatments. I decided to go in and joined as a member. I signed up to get rid of my melasma (dark spots on my face) However, after having gone there 5 times and my results were worse than before I started going! Before I could cover up with light make up problem but now no make up can cover how bad my dark spots worsen! That last treatment is what did it! Now I wasn’t expecting perfection but definitely better than when I started not worse! Now, not only is my skin so bad and I spend over thousand dollars! Ugh!😤

Don’t waist your money here! They promise something that won’t provide! I signed for a membership when the manager presented their services as excelent and told me that at the end of my yearly membership I would have a free lymphatic massage. As the year passed, I’ve requested information about the promised treatment. Surprise: the answer received was that every time when the esthetician place a cream on my skin was considered part of that lymphatic massage!!!!😵💫 Would someone believe such insolence? After writing a similar review on their website they deactivated my account. Therefore, be aware!
