I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna from Honest Autos, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Corey went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Gary, the manager, was also incredibly supportive and made sure everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Together, they made my car-buying experience outstanding, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service they provided.

do not enter into biweekly payment as if you get over one month behind on your vehicle. Your vehicle may end up on the repo list. Due to being over 2 payment behind.

Go with monthly and i believe you’ll have more grace from them.

The vehicle i bought doesn’t drive how it did upon buying it and shifts weird around 45 mph. But it’s still at least chugging along. A window went out about a couple months after purchase too.

Vehicle has a bad enough oil leak to where every 1-2 weeks i must add a quart of oil. All speakers in the vehicle were also blown and had to be replaced.

The vehicle didn’t have a full tank of gas upon purchase. Place claimed they fixed a broken gas cap but open getting gas and trying to reclose the door it wouldn’t shut all the way and is still broke .

It’s one of the a to b vehicles i suppose but wish this business would do a little better. Thankful to them for working with me on payments but disappointed over the stuff i did mention. Will continue business with them but really just speaking truth.

They will work with you on promises to pay. But i’m well aware of other companies that don’t even start repo until the 3 month mark in addition many others also let don’t push the biweekly payments. Thankful for a short term loan too. Least i’m not locked in forever.

I forgot to put my review when I purchased my vehicle... But here you go the staff in this location is amazing and my sales person his name is Tony was an amazing sales person and the manager to. I wanna say thank you for helping me and my daughter we love the vehicle so much. And thank you for all you guys being really nice to my little girl.

This is one of the best dealerships to work for and to do business with. We go through our vehicles from top to bottom to make sure that we are providing our customers with the best possible vehicle. We are very competitive with our prices. The bottom line is, if you want a great vehicle at the best price, then look no further. We've got you covered! I went to this company a year ago in search of a decent running vehicle and was given a nightmare. Sold me a vehicle with an oil leak failing a/c etc. after assuring me it was good to go. Acknowledged the leak a day after being sold and told me I have to pay for it. What? Now 8 months down the road and various attempts to fix the truck out of my own pocket it needs a new motor. Now they say they knew nothing about a leak and I’m responsible for all of it and what’s left on the truck. Very frustrating and disheartening. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Update to your reply, Byron , you did not disclose the vehicle. Had an oil leak to me and when I return the vehicle to you two days later, you tried to charge me to pay for it to get it fixed. You’re a joke and so is your business and all 400 reviews you have about three for every 10 that say the same exact thing I say about you

Bret was great from start to finish. He made the process so simple and quick. I have had some challenges in the past but he was able to get me in a wonderful car!!

This is my second vehicle from Honest Autos. I have had the best experience with everyone here. Rosa and Tony helped us out on Saturday get me exactly what I wanted. Rosa helped me all week decide and figure out what I was looking for and helped me pick the right Car. On Saturday Tony sat me down ran some numbers, I paid my down payment and I was on my way ridin around town in my NEW RIDE!! I also am in the process of rebuilding my credit so I found a car reasonable enough to do in house financing. My payments come out of my account every time I get paid and I never have to worry about anything. From start to finish this was the easiest and best experience! Several months ago I bought a sports car at Honest Autos. All of the sales and support staff I met were friendly and competent. At every step they walked me thru the purchasing process without any anxiety and no unpleasant surprises. Tony, my salesperson, was especially helpful and always followed thru on any commitments regarding the sale. When I picked up the car it had been detailed and looked brand new. The car runs great and looks fantastic! I highly recommend Honest Autos based on my very positive experience there!

Totally thrilled with with their service dept. I had a oil leak problem for over a year, after going to 3 different mechanics, and many dollars later, Mike fixed my car very reasonably and no more leak. Thank you for exceptional service, I highly recommend!
