My aspiration to become a doctor stemmed from a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, a love for understanding how the body works, and the goal of providing for my future family. I have always enjoyed figuring out answers to problems and learning as much as I can. Growing up in rural Maine, I deeply respected the doctors and wanted to be like them. My physical jobs, such as farming and working in a lumberyard, instilled in me an appreciation for hard work and the importance of health. These experiences inspired me to pursue medicine, combining my passion for problem-solving and learning with my dedication to helping others in a field I love. I enjoy treating patients of all ages. My approach addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of my patients as all of these impact each other. Outside work, I enjoy time with my wife, cats, family, traveling, outdoor activities, video games, playing music, and exercising.
