Excelente service. Puntual and very friendly driver. Highly recommended.

We paid for a car this afternoon and confirmed a pick up time and location at the Miami airport. We have been waiting at the Miami airport for 40 minutes. No call, no show, no one is picking up the phone. Don’t pay in advance, seems like a scam.

We have used this service for a few years on our trips to Florida. Top notch company. Never an issue. Very accommodating and always on time . Rates are very reasonable. See you on our next trip.

I had a terrible experience with "Black Car Service Miami" and feel completely scammed. Walking out of the airport, I was told it was a "taxi" service. Once inside, I noticed there was no meter and asked for an estimated price. The driver dodged my questions, and only after arriving at my hotel (a short ride away) was I hit with a $150 charge—absolutely ridiculous for what should have been a $20 Uber trip. After a long flight and jet lag, this was the last thing I needed. Avoid this service at all costs unless you want to be misled and overcharged. Total BS.

Misrepresentation at the Airport: As I was walking toward the designated taxi area, I was approached by a driver who claimed to represent a "taxi service." While I knew taxis in Miami are traditionally yellow, the driver insisted he was offering a legitimate service and directed me to an all-black, large vehicle. The vehicle had complimentary water bottles in the door, which added to the impression of a professional service. However, at no point did the driver identify the service as "Black Car Service Miami."

Lack of Transparency: When I asked about the fare before leaving the airport, the driver showed me a “$11.00 flag drop” on his phone, claiming this was the starting point for the ride. I immediately began asking for an estimated total cost, but he avoided giving me a clear answer. It wasn’t until I arrived at my destination that I was charged $150, far exceeding what I would consider reasonable for such a short trip.

Receipt as Evidence: The receipt I received is labeled "Black Car Service Miami," matching the name of your business. However, I made no prior reservation, and the ride was presented to me as a typical taxi service. This contradicts your claim that your company operates exclusively on pre-arranged reservations.

I understand your perspective, but my review reflects an honest account of my experience. If this incident did not involve your company, it may be worth investigating potential misuse of your business name or unauthorized drivers misrepresenting themselves under your banner. My intent was not to harm your reputation but to warn others based on what occurred.

Excellent limo service—punctual, luxurious, professional drivers, and immaculate vehicles. Highly recommended for any occasion!

This company is stellar, in all the ways! Great communication and have never failed us. Our favorite driver and we always request him, is Walter. Always on time and eager to assist every way!

We used this service a total of three times before and after our cruise. The drivers were all wonderful, arriving on time and communicating via text message for where to meet them. They met us at the luggage return when we arrived, managed all of our luggage, were good drivers, very personable, and very professional. We are definitely planning to use this service again when we return to Miami. I highly recommend.

Booked a reservation on Tuesday 3/26 for a one way trip from Kaseya Center with pick up at a specific time 10:45 pm on Friday 3/26 and confirmed the reservation and received a confirmation email.

Fast forward to Friday 3/29 I get to my emails at 3:25 pm and notice a cancellation notice for my trip. I received an email at 1:25 pm stating I had until 3 pm to contact the company or my reservation would be cancelled. My reservation was canceled at 3 pm with no phone call, text, just an email. As if I’m supposed to be monitoring email live 24/7.

I call at 3:21pm on 3/29 and am told my ride was canceled as I did not respond to their email. Could they have reached out Tuesday, Wed, Thursday if there was an issue… nope they waited until the afternoon of the reservation via email. No phone call! They stated I had to book an hourly reservation for the duration of the game for a one way pick up at the end of the event at 10:45 pm, not asking them to wait, we would be there at 10:45 pm.

Unacceptable business practice (scam), terrible communication, left to scramble less than 2 hours before we leave for the event for a ride home.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I noted the companies response to my review and would like to be sure to note in my review that they are dishonest again in their response: a) no one reached out to my mobile or email as they stated days before cancelling on me. I have my call logs, vmail and email history to prove it. b) Another company easily met me at the prescribed time by us walking 2 blocks to meet the car, there were no road closures that resulted in a 30 min delay.

I’m so glad I booked with Black Car Service Miami. We were flying in from Aruba and experienced aircraft maintenance issues which put us on a 3 hour delay then arrived in Miami during a thunderstorm for more delays. It would have been a nightmare trying to manage an Uber after all that. Our driver texted after we landed and was patiently waiting in baggage claim for us. The drive up for Fort Lauderdale was during some intense rain and the drive was smooth and he got us safely to our hotel at midnight. I will absolutely book this car service the next time I’m in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about Black Car Service Miami. I use their services twice a month. My driver is usually Luis, he is prompt, professional and it feels like family is always at the airport to greet me. He even remembers what my suitcases look like. I highly recommend their services.

We are so glad we booked this car service in Miami. They were great. Carlos who helped me with my booking and Walter who took us from Miami Airport to our hotel. He was super friendly and helpful. I’ll for sure use them again.

I cannot recommend Scott and his team enough. We hired them to have 30 SUVs at our luxury event at Art Basel and it went off without a hitch. They were the utmost professionals and I’d hire them again in an instant. All drivers were timely, responsive, professional, and the cars were immaculate. We had high profile guests who only had good things to say about the drivers. They navigated very difficult traffic patterns especially with so many vehicles. Couldn’t have done our event without them.

Excellent rates and service. They have a pretty nice cars, drivers care every single detail to the offer the best service to the customer. I had recommended this service to several friends in Miami and allways received an excellent feedback.

In my experience they are the best Miami Airport Car Service. Take my luggage took me a little more time than I expected, and they provided me extended waiting time with no extra cost :).I also have to mention the excellent booking service, is easy to use, very convenient and safe. Great service!

I highly recommend this company. We booked the 3 hour window from the airport and out for the evening. It was perfect. We had an great driver, very professional. Jesus picked us up at the airport and drove us around to several venues for the night. He was there early, took our bags, waited for us to check into the hotel and took us to the event we had planned. This was much easier and the same costs as getting the same class of car from Uber and saved us the hassle and re-ordering and waiting for each Uber every time. I will definitely hire this service again.
