She is also a teacher of students and residents. As a leader in primary care re-design, she is passionate about practicing patient-centered medicine. She is a an advocate of Mindfulness Self-compassion to develop equanimity. She practices with an emphasis on musculoskeletal care as she feels fitness is the foundation of wellness. She is a leader in organizational change and physician management. She supports community health and care for the underserved.
