Sujata (Sue) Behera, PA-C, became a physician assistant after working for a county hospital as a program coordinator for HIV patients in Phoenix, AZ. She realized there was a lack of healthcare which caused many preventable diseases, and it was her goal to bridge that gap. Sue has spent most of her career working with patients in one way or another. She learned how important it is to build trust with patients through empathy and compassion.
