Boomer McLoud installed a remote starter in my wife’s car about 6 months ago and it works great! The shop was great with communication and timely with the install. We’ve had one issue come up where the A/C wasn’t blowing cold, and since the car was still under warranty we had the dealer check it out only to be told a wire was damaged during the remote starter installation and wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Whether the issue was caused by that or the dealer was passing the blame, I don’t know, but Boomer McLoud was amazing about taking care of us and our situation and helped us fix the issue with no costs. They were nothing but professional through and through, and I would highly recommend them for a remote starter!

I had an excellent experience with a car speaker upgrade on a Hyundai Elantra. The upgrade was to improve the front crappy factory speakers. The price was very fair. I had a couple issues with a vibration and knocking sound on the driver door side after the upgrade. They were completely fine about me bringing it back for fine-tuning and tweaking. Actually two tweakings were required. I felt like a pest seeking perfection, but they were 100% fine making the adjustment with no complaint, attitude or difficulty. Now I have a great car speaker upgrade at a very fair price with great customer service! Very happy with my experience.

I bought an Apple CarPlay system for my 2013 Lexus RX350. The installation looked too extensive for me to do correctly. Boomer McLoud was recommended to me by my mechanic to install the system. They were able to schedule me right away and worked with me when I had to reschedule. They were very professional and finished the job very quickly. They turned my 12 year old car into a brand new car. Very happy with their work.

I had an up-dated Beemer Tech GPS installed in my 2013 BMW 128i great service from Chris and Rich the installer did a fantastic job neat and clean he explained and demonstrated how the system workes great job I would have no problem recommending them 5 stars

I recently had a 12-inch subwoofer installed in my car, and I’m really pleased with the experience. The staff member at the counter was extremely helpful, guiding me to a subwoofer that perfectly suited my music preferences and budget. The technician also took the time to explain how to use the subwoofer and offered advice on the best placement for optimal sound quality. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I'm very satisfied with the results.

They replaced my radio in my 2016 Mustang where the old screen needed to be replaced. Installed a touch screen radio with CarPlay, came out perfect, everything functioning and looks incredible. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking to upgrade your system. Rich and the other technicians I worked with were great. Thanks for doing it for me.

So knowledgeable and helpful! I returned to have my second drone Remote installation and it was easy and convenient just like the first time. When I picked up the car, Rich was very helpful in answering questions I had about another matter with my daughters car. I loved the convenience and the extra attention they gave my questions. I wanted a "hands free" system for my 2011 Subaru. Richard and his team provided excellent service throughout the process. They even fixed my remote starter fob during one of my visits! And even when the initial system wasn't 100% working due to a Subaru software glitch, Richard got back me in ASAP and changed it out. I'm very happy with it. Shopped around and compared prices via forums and other shops. I didn’t know about Boomer Mccloud stereo and backup camera installations so i stopped in and was rewarded with unbeatable prices and service! Definitely worth the trip to Albany NY if you’re looking for a professional install at below market prices!

If there were more stars to give I would certainly have done so. Long story short, I purchased a boat that had a stereo that would not power on. Before calling them, I looked to make sure everything was connected which it was. I called and was told to bring it in and they'd give it a quick look - not only did they fix it (it now powers on and plays) they found that it was only playing the front speakers. They spent additional time fixing that (changing the settings) so that all speakers play as they should. They did all this yesterday while the boat was on the trailer parked outside the business. These guys are THE BEST! If you are looking for a reputable company who provides OUTSTANDING services at more than reasonable prices - look no further - you have found it at Boomer McLOUD!
