The seasonal pumpkin bagel was good, but a bit pricey. $8+ for bagel with cream cheese seems like too much. The staff also seemed uninterested or bothered.
I love Bobby’s! There bagels are simple but delicious. And they maintain a fair price point despite the high quality. I often take bagels home rather than eating in simply because there are few available seats and it feels like a grab-and-go type situation. I did get to try their viral pumpkin bagel. They didn’t have the pumpkin cream cheese but it was still delicious!
The bagels were very good but the customer service was unprofessional. I had preordered 3 bagels and came in at around 1:45pm for pick up. When I arrived I was given just 1 bagel under a person with a similar name. When I told them it was not my order and that I bought more their response was “ That’s all there was for orders under your name” and “I can’t do anything about that” when I clearly had a receipt with a purchase made 2 days in advance. It wasn’t until I advocated for my order that they made an effort to correct it and finally gave me the 3 bagels I paid for which had a receipt with my name stapled on the bag. I usually wouldn’t complain but saying you couldn’t help me when I had proof of purchase was disheartening to witness as a customer and gave me the impression that they wanted to keep the “extra” bagels since the store was closing soon.
Pumpkin bagels were a big hit with the TikTok tweens and the cinnamon roll was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. I had order several days ahead and my order was prepped and ready when I got to the counter. Perfect fall family breakfast treat.

Came for the cute themed bagels, was very pleased to find that they were both adorable and delicious! I ordered some to take home along with a sandwich, the sandwich was absolutely delicious - perfect portions of cream cheese and lox. My husband got a club breakfast sandwich that was also very delicious. The bagels are soft and chewy. Will definitely be returning, well worth the drive from Manassas.
We ordered 4 pumpkin bagels two days ago. And we picked them up around 1:40pm today. And the shop doesn’t close until 2pm but the store already had the sign up. Everyone was very rude. They also forgot to give us the cream cheese that we paid for. They put everything in a small box and one bagel was missing a piece. I was very excited to try bagels from here but I’m very disappointed. Never will be back here again
The floor is filthy and so is the bathroom. The bagel's are just okay. The staff can't be bothered to even seem motivated/friendly. My sesame seed begal has a huge flee cooked into the bottom, the cash just said "oh".
Not the best, not the worst. Kind of just in-between. Decently expensive, and the quality is all right, I don't regret going but for two bagels with cream cheese to be $10 is a bit insane. (Right, or.....hahaha?) Got 2 everything bagels, and they weren't the best everything Bagels in the world, more sesame seed than anything else. I'll give it a 3.3 out of 5. Would I come back? That's questionable
If this place was staffed better it would be a hit! The bagels are good and its a convenient location but I've been half a dozen times and each time the service has been a different kind of bad. From disorganized/incomplete orders, to being completely ignored for 5-7 minutes while someone texts in the back, to the overall unfriendly/passive aggressive cashiers. The owner needs to hire some friendly people who actually enjoy their job and this place would draw a much bigger crowd!
Was craving a bagel sandwich over the weekend so I decided to stop by Bobby’s bagels in reston. Service was great but this was a sad excuse of a sausage egg and cheese bagel. As you can see in the picture, you get more bread than the other items in the sandwich. I have to say this is probably the worst sausage egg and cheese I have received, McDonald’s could’ve done better. Seek elsewhere if you’re looking for a decent sandwich.
I am a repeat customer at Bobby's Bagel Cafe. Their bagels are made fresh daily and resemble the giant, pillowy yet chewy, bagels from NY. These are the only bagels I eat south of NY. I come here weekly.
Today, I picked up a surprise bag through Too Good To Go which I typically do weekly, but had many complications with the app. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I received my order. Next time, I will be ordering directly from the restaurant to avoid the hassle. I was pleasantly surprised by the owner's dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you Bobby!

Another gem of a place congress into my view. This morning, I was scheduled to meet with someone in Reston near North Point shopping center. I had arrived an hour early and decided I decided to get some breakfast. I wanted diverging other than the fast-food place, I wanted something totally new and different. Well wouldn't you know it I found Bobby's Bagel Cafe. A small Cafe, located in the heart of the North Point Shopping Center. I was the only one at the Cafe, which was great. I looked at the menu carefully while the associate waited for me to decide what I wanted. I ordered the Breakfast Club Sandwich on a jalapeño and cheddar bagel. Never had a bagel with this combination before, so I was feeling courageous. The Breakfast Club Sandwich comes with any two meats. I went with bacon and sausage patty with an egg and American cheese and my usual Tropicana orange juice. I decided to eat in because the place was emmaculately clean and welcoming with the background music at the right volume. The order took a few minutes because everything here is freshly made and cooked to specification. Well, when I got my order I couldn't believe how much I loved this breakfast sandwich. Cooked to the right temperature and ready to enjoy. Turns out the manager/owner (Nisha) was there and I introduced myself and asked all sorts of questions about the business and the impact of COVID-19. Well they opened this third location prior to the pandemic and the business was hit hard, but even with lack of customers and personnel Nisha kept the place running until that she had to shut down in compliance with policy. However, Nisha never once thought about giving up and even managed to find it in her heart to deliver free bagels to the Oakton Fire Department. She has even donated food to the local schools and my friends with that perseverance Bobby's Bagel Cafe is here to stay. They served the community in challenging times and continue to support our first responders when things got better. The business has lasted the years at this location and I think we should patronize this establishment if not for the great food, but for their unwavering support of the schools and firefighters. I definitely recommend this Cafe because if the great customer service and hospitality. They have moccasins in Herndon and Oakton as well. Check out their Facebook and Instagram pages to see the variety and creativity on the menu brought to you by Nisha. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
