Really poor experience with BEQ Laurentides. They subcontract to a contractor who subcontracts to another electrician. The submission I received did not represent reality at all. The final price doubled compared to the quote even though the installation fully respected the information given in the quote request. I tried to contact BEQ without success, they ignore my emails. Very disappointed to have chosen this company.
Great service! In addition, I did business with BEQ a few days before the holiday break. They took the time to answer all my questions, despite their heavy workload. The deadline was really reasonable. I received my quote the same day I made my request, and my installation is already scheduled for next week. A big thank you to BEQ for your impeccable service!
Said fast delivery but then wait it's not their problem if the transport company doesn't deliver and you manage and have to call the carrier ourselves., Customer service 0.
J’avais à cœur d’encourager une entreprise québécoise, mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour de mes 2 messages vocaux et de mon message via leur formulaire en ligne. Je suis extrêmement déçue et surtout pas envie de prendre une chance de commander en ligne considérant l’absence de service.
I recommend that you avoid this company because after-sales service is non-existent. My terminal broke on July 15, I called and was asked to contact the manufacturer, which I did. On July 17, the manufacturer (Wallbox) concluded that the terminal must be replaced. As of August 24 after countless reminders and calls, still nothing has been done and I am caught between the manufacturer and BEQ. You must also understand that BEQ does business with a subcontractor, so you will also have to contact the subcontractor. Anyway, if you have a problem after installation, GOOD LUCK!

Be patient with us despite our many questions. The time to receive a quote (a quote easily done online by the way), the installation and the entire kit is very quick! From the time i sent an email to ask for a quote to have a car charger installed, the service was top notch. I had a quote within 2 days and to my complete surprise, the installation was scheduled for the week after! All my questions were answered very quickly. I'm very very pleased!
