Have visited a number of Pet Smart locations. Love the staff at the Rodeo Drive Missisauga location, pleasant, polite, very helpful.
Our Toy Yorkie was groomed with a careful explanation about pet hair length and fur napping! A wonderful delightful experience to see how they treated my pet.

The dog is tended to by loving and patient people.

We brought our Golden Retriever in to have a shampoo and his nails clipped. Without being asked to do so, the groomer trimmed the feathering hair on the backs of his legs. When we picked him up we were very disappointed and let them know we were not happy with the trimming which we had not asked for. Since 2 previous visits had been good, we brought him back but were sure to tell the reception person that we did not want any trimming of hair at all. Again, the legs were clipped even though we had specifically said not to. In addition, his tail, normally very full and luxuriously long (like all Goldies) had been brushed to the point of almost no hair left. He looked like he had mange or was on chemo. Katrina explained this by saying that all the hair that fell off was dead hair and that he was shedding for the season. First of all, all hair is dead, like nails. Secondly, we brush and comb him daily and he never lost so much hair that it affected the overall look of the tail. Thirdly, winter is coming on so why would he be shedding heavily now. He never shed or lost so much hair when brushed at any other time or season; he is 2 years old. We barely got an apology, just dumb looks as if to say, "So what, it will grow back." We'll never go back to PetSmart for grooming or any other service.
