Not only was my arrangement delivered five days late, the bouquet doesn’t look anything like what I was expecting from the photos. I could not recommend using this shop in any capacity. There was no communication like other shops I’ve ordered with. There was no effort to get in touch with myself or the recipient when my order wasn’t delivered on time. If I’m spending $90 for flowers to be delivered by a specific date that I paid for, then it should be a priority.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I wish I would’ve heard about Philly Flowers earlier and used them sooner! I’ve used them for multiple occasions and each time I am more and more impressed! NEW management is aweasome and always able to create the perfect arrangements and bring my imaginations to reality. The flowers are always fresh and so beautiful! It is always a pleasure to work with Philly Flower. I highly recommend their services.
We live in Toronto, Canada and wanted to send some spring flowers to our friends who live in downtown Philadelphia. We researched various local florists and decided on PhillyFlowers who had a nearby zip code. We placed our order online and subsequently emailed with Anthony (who was a great help) at 2:45pm and a very beautiful arrangement was delivered just shortly after 5:00pm that same day.
