I'm a long time shopper at this pet store. If the prices weren't good I wouldn't put up with the current staff. The store went through a staff turnover and unfortunately, the good ones left. There might be one left and she's a real sweetie but when I go in it's usually the grumpy, new staff that I have to deal with. THe guys who stock the shelves are pleasant and the groomers (particularily Cathy) are great. It's just the ones who work the cash. No doubt I'm going to see another review following this one saying how great they all and that's okay. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just know that when I go in, they don't greet you. They very rarely start or carry a conversation at the till and no one yet has offered to carry out my dog food for me. At 30 lbs a bag, it would be nice to at least be asked. they do at the other dog food stores.

I was really pleased in the services offered by the cat groomers. Both women are very nice and pleasant and most importantly they were gentle with my little guy. I also like the fact that the guardian of the pet can be present while their little buy or girl gets a hair cut.

Also I thought it was very convenient that I could bring my little guy for a hair cut while I shopped for cat food.

Two meows for you guys!!

One of the few cat grooming spots around. Michelle does an excellent lion cut on cats and it's good that you can stay in the grooming area and help. About $50 including tip for a cat cut that lasts through the entire summer season. Long-haired cats rejoice!
