Golf department customer service phone etiquette was horrible. I called in to speak to the golf department, and the call went downhill from there. What a terrible experience. I asked to be transferred to the golf Department. The golf department person, Cadon, seemed to struggle with taking instructions. After 12 minutes in three phone calls later mission not accomplice. What is going on with the customer service at Dick's Sporting Goods?

Bought my kid a $100 baseball glove. Told me they’d help me break it in steaming it. Then tried to charge me $20 for STEAM! Everything is crazy overpriced. Selection is terrible. Worst sporting goods store I’ve ever been in. Will be sticking with dunhams from now on.
Have been here several times and I can say that I am never completely satisfied from the customer service standpoint. Latest visit I went shortly after opening so store was less crowded and everyone’s priorities were focused on stocking items. Was in the shoe department initially helped but then left alone with no check ins. I saw another gentleman walking around it for minimum 5 minutes and still no one asked him if he needed help.
Tons of things in the store for all types of activities but if they had a competitor then I would definitely check them out.

First come first serve, it’s with respect and common sense so be treated. Ask for help they keep passing Me saying one minute. So I give one minute of my time for this review.
Elijah was a great help in finding soccer cleats for my daughter. Top notch customer service and communication.
Three people were pretty rude to us, and basically tried to kick us out of the store at the last minute because it was just a few minutes past closing. I’ve worked in retail before, and we always tried to help people find things which is the fastest way to help them leave. Really disappointed.
Went to pick up shoes. Couldn't find any assistance to get the size we wanted. They had one guy running around for the entire shoes section who ignored us. We placed a request on the one machine they had available - and that request was never fulfilled. Finally we walked out without purchasing - we'll buy from another retailer, thanks very much. (and then they wonder why people shop online)
Great Dicks's location, got some shoes here today and although they were super busy, the process was easy and fast. Friendly workers and huge clean store! Overall a really good visit
Rude customer service - refused return after 1 day
I recently visited Dick’s Sporting Goods in search of something simple: a pair of water shoes. What I expected was friendly, knowledgeable staff who could guide me to the right product or at least point me in the right direction. What I got was an appalling display of indifference and rudeness that has ensured I will never spend another dime at this store.
Upon approaching the staff for assistance, I was met with cold, disinterested stares. When I asked if they had water shoes, their response was a curt “No” without the slightest effort to suggest alternatives, check inventory, or even direct me to another section of the store. It felt as though I was an inconvenience just for asking.
The lack of basic customer service didn’t stop there. The staff looked at me as though I had ten heads, as if my request was absurd. Their dismissive attitude made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in helping me or ensuring I left the store satisfied. The experience was demeaning, frustrating, and the polar opposite of what any customer deserves.
I left the store empty-handed and insulted, vowing never to return. Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, and Dick’s Sporting Goods failed spectacularly. If they don’t want to treat customers with respect, they won’t have to worry about me—or anyone I share this story with—contributing to their bottom line.
There are plenty of other retailers who value their customers, and I’ll happily give them my business instead. As for Dick’s Sporting Goods? They’ve lost a customer for life. Good Luck with your existence. 0 Stars

I went in to pick up a bike for my son and had a wonderful experience. A wonderful, kind gentleman named Jeff was the associate that assisted me and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He explained everything and gave me the complete detailed rundown about the bike. Thanks Jeff!
My son and I went here yesterday around 10 am when they opened. He needed to get some shoes for wrestling. There was a young man late teens that was very helpful with getting our shoes. He was running around back and forth and had dark brown hair. I thanked him for his help before we left!
Kind of funny how the other week the t-shirts were $35 and now they're $40 bring back hunting stuff you Democrats
An associate by the name of Cole helped me a lot during my visit to purchase sunglasses. He gave me helpful suggestions and insight on what to purchase. I was very pleased with the service provided by Cole.
they gotta fix the problem with ordering online. Ended up ordering from the official website of Nike. It was a way better experience!
today i went into this store for the first time ever with my friend around 5pm we went in there and bought a stanley cup after we paid for the cup we had to go to use the bathroom than we left after that at like 7pm my friend went back to exchange the cup for another color than the manger that's working at that time is going to ask her
"where is your friend" mind you that's none of her business my friend says "she's at home" than she goes and accuses me of stealing the cup because i walked out of the bathroom and went to the exist with the cup in my hand and my friend literally shows her the receipt and who checked us out not only that but she also while my friend was exchanging the cups the manger and another employee were standing by the exist with their hands crossed thinking my friend is going to steal something that was no way to treat a customer?! like who does that

Great service from Finn in the weight department! Outstanding help. Best customer service I've ever had. I don't know what they pay him, but it should be doubled! He is an example to follow, a true paragon of the kind of help everyone wants when they need customer service! A thousand thanks to him helping me with my weight selection and lugging my over thousand dollar purchase to my station wagon. Thank you again!
My wife and I went to Dick's last week, right before the grand opening. What an awesome store! Everything from ping pong to camping gear. The staff was great and we can't wait to go back!
