I don't come here much, due to the diatance from home. However, it's very lovely mom and pop shop . One of my favorite things to do is get their calendar for the year. Staff and owners are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They also always have kittens from humane Society up for adoption. That's always a bonus to see.

Probably my favourite pet food store in the city. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they are all animal lovers. Arthur does the pet grooming and is efficient and professional. Even after moving to a different part of the city we still make the trip out here for grooming and treat resupplies.

What a fantastic pet store!

With the big chains basically only carrying pet food and toys, this store fills a real need. The owner clearly puts a lot of thought into what they buy, and the store has an outstanding selection of carefully curated pet supplies, particularly for health concerns.

After doing the research into what I needed, I found March Road was the only store in the Ottawa area that carried the particular product I wanted. And, going to pick it up, I saw they had just about everything else I might need in the future.

Great independent pet store. Shop here over the chains. They carry all the better brands, and have the loyalty program.

This place has a strong following, more of a tight knit family and community feel, you are allowed to bring your pets into the store ( leash should be on at all times) to browse and get a treat or 2... why not ;) they are the customer!!!
