Can’t get better Matt Kidwell. Our prior home owners insurnace cancelled on us for issues with the roof that was scheduled to be replaced in a few weeks. He was able to get me covered with an actual lower rate ($200 cheaper a year) after our roofing contractor provided us a contract with a start date.

We appreciate you looking into our policy when the rate increased and comparing it to other carriers to see if there was a better carrier. Also, explaining why there was a rate increase.

I would give Brock 0 stars if I could. Horrible to work with, not timely with responses and rude. I've never had an agent make me provide pictures of a home. All of the professionals I work with, drive to the property and take their own photos as needed. I work for a lender so we deal with insurance agents often, I would never refer our business to this establishment.

Matt gave us the best customer service that I can remember. His tenacity, communication and dedication are second to none. If you are in need of a business policy Matt and the John Scott team should be your first stop.

Having an insurance carrier that takes the time and energy to make sure I am totally covered in today’s marketplace is a true rarity. Amy took the time by reviewing all of my policies and found out that my current carrier did not have me covered fully on my home. Now, Amy has all of my business and I am now fully covered.
