Company promptly responded with service requests. The transportation service provided was prestigious and upscale. The drivers were very polite and helpful. Will continue to use this company for future events.
I called on a Monday to inquire about a car and was told to email you guys and that I would get a response within a few hours. After waiting days for a response I called back requesting the same information I stated in my unanswered email. The same lady that answered on Monday and told me to email her, was now on the phone acting very rude. Behaving in a manner as if I'm inconveniencing her and oblivious to the fact that she already started things off on a bad note. I honestly was being polite despite the fact that I was initially ignored for days, and was surprised at the audacity of the lady's tone and ignorance in regards to general decency . At the end of the day I am calling to provide your company business and the way my inquiry was handled is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere after seeing many red flags just off the terrible communication/phone call.
Our driver Amir was amazing. Highly recommend him. The bus itself was rough on bumps but the experience was amazing and we all had a blast seeing DC
The transportation was excellent. Gustavo was such a gentleman and professional. I will definitely be using this service on my next visit. The vehicle was outstanding and very clean and offered what I needed after a long flight.

Clean, professional, dependable… our first choice every time. We’ve used DC Limo multiple times for business guests and events. Online reservations make the process so easy. Also love how communicative they are on the day of the event. Great service all around!
Sam was great! He arrived early and made sure we made it on time to our destination. He was super friendly and patient. The drive was enjoyable.

Cindy was amazing to plan our ride with…incredibly responsive and helpful. There is no comparison to other services we reached out to. The car was gorgeous, clean, and brand new. Cold water and other treats offered by our driver Gustavo who was such a gentleman and a wonderful driver. We highly recommend DC Limo & Car!
I had a wonderful experience with DC Limo & Car Service. Not only were they prompt in supporting my questions, but they were great about communicating with me before my pick-up times. I knew when they would arrive, who my driver would be, and the vehicle they would be in...I love the thoroughness! They are professional, proactive with communication, and provide GREAT customer service. I highly recommend them if you need a car service in the Washington, DC area.
Excellent service! The driver arrived on time. He was very polite, helpful, professional. The SUV was spotless, inside and out. The ride was comfortable. It was not too warm or too cold. I highly recommend their services and I will use them again.
We had a fun night out with the party bus. There were 9 of us and had space to spare. Our driving was communicative, prompt, and safe. While you can book online, I think it’s better to talk through your needs and expectations. The booking contact was extremely helpful.

Vehicles are always clean. Drivers are professional, friendly, communicative, and always on time. During our last event, our guests were changing plans at a moment's notice... DC L&CS drivers were extremely professional and accommodating - able to adjust to the new plans very quickly. I am so grateful to know our guests will be well taken care of for transportation needs.
