Pilot Plumbing was professional, responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeffrey was beyond helpful, and did an A+ job. Highly recommend!
Called pilot plumbing and drain after hours with a busted water line under ground. I got connected to a technician named Cory and let him know I couldn't afford to pay and asked if it's something I could do on my own, and he went out of his way to walk me through the next steps as I sent photos. And even let me know what parts I needed. Even though it was 9pm. Was able to get the issue resolved. And my water back on all in a couple hours.
I called and scheduled for them to come at 4pm and the technician decided to come at 1pm when I want home. I called and rescheduled before he came and he confirmed, but apparently he had an emergency repair to do so he was going to have another technician call me. No one ever got back to me from their company.
Nate H. and Ethan P. did a great job fixing a leaky faucet and shutoff valve and replacing a broken faucet handle. They got the work done quickly and were super professional.
Keith showed up and figured out my electrical problem with my brand new water heater. He and Ernest showed me I had way too high water pressure and gave me a good deal on the proper fix. Very impressed.
Brandon and Ernest were very helpful, friendly, courteous. They came out right away after we called in our issue. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly.
Well, that was relatively painless! What a pleasure doing business with these folks. We had a bad drain, a leaky p-trap and some old angle stops that needed to be replaced, these folks came out toot sweet (less than 24 hours), gave us not 1, but 3 estimates of varying levels of detail (awesome!), and then within 24 hours of that got to fixing the problem. Corey H. was fast, efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. Bookmark these people. They are worth it.
Mr. Ernest Chang is a highly experienced and approachable team leader who exudes confidence. Although we decided not to select his team, we sincerely appreciate his patience, knowledge, and the time he has dedicated to our efforts.
We had an old water heater from 2008 go out and we had Ernest come out with his team to get that replaced as soon as they possibly could. They got everything up and running to get our hot water going and they also noticed our gas valve that needed replacing...which we appreciated. Ernest was super communicative throughout the whole process which made a stressful situation a pleasant and straightforward process. Would use again. Thanks :)
Keith was utterly amazing. He used the existing pipes when possible without compromising integrity of the system and came out at lightspeed and did the work super crazy fast. It was as seamless as flat front pants.
Pilot Plumbing sent a very professional and knowledgeable employee Keith Heckelmann out to unclog my drain. He worked at it until he got the job done. I highly recommend this company.
As good as experience as could be expected during tough times. No one wants pipes to burst, but Pilot was quick, efficient, had great communication throughout the process, and made sure our family had options to chose from. Had our kitchen issues fixed and even followed up to ensure the work was satisfactory. I hope we don't have more plumbing issues...but if we do...we'll be calling Pilot for sure!
Brandon was thorough in his free inspection and gave good recommendations based on what he found. Have used them for emergency needs in past and were excellent and professional.
I am so happy with the work that the Pilot plumbers did. And there was a lot of work repiping the house. It took longer than expencted and they didn't complain. They always had a great attitude They were so professional and courteous all the time. They always took off their boots before coming in the house. They always meticulously cleaned up after themselves. To have great water pressure is incredible and I don't have to wait forever for hot water. The new kitchen faucer that they installed is a dream coome true. My old one was horrible. All the guys worked very hard. I expecially want to mention Cory who with all the others did outstanding work. And I don't need to worry about inspection when I choose to sell my home. Thank you plumbers; all of you and the people on the phone.
When I called on the Saturday about leaks in my bathroom you sent someone to take care of it right away and said that I was right to call.
Thanks again,
Annette

Getting them out here was a struggle due to scheduling conflicts on their end several times. They did offer a discount to make it right. Although we weren’t able to do business due to unforeseen circumstances. I can attest that Joe Rager, the tech that came out - was extremely professional, informative and polite. Alex was also helpful during the process of getting pilot out to the house. Thank you for what you could do.
Dispatch was very friendly and compassionate after we called after hours when we discovered a leak in our crawlspace. Chris came out within 30 minutes, investigated and showed us pictures of the Gave us multiple options and and gave us a great deal on financing. Scheduled a repair for next day, and gave us rapid peace of mind in a stressful situation! Highly recommended.
Chris is amazing!! Came out diagnosed the problem, communication was perfect and we settled on a fair price!
Job well done!!!
Job well done!!!
We would definitely recommend Pilot Plumbing! They were extremely responsive at the time of our urgent service request. They got right on the job and have been exceptionally professional throughout the whole process. They have excellent communication and gave thorough attention to our repair and restoration job on a daily basis. I will call them again with no hesitation for any future needs. Thank you!!
This company scams customers. I was very clear on the service that I needed. Which was rough in plumbing for an ADU (shower, toilet, sink, washer dryer, kitchen sink, dishwasher, frig, moving the washer in the laundry room and adding a utility sink in the laundry room). I asked them to provide all the materials for the job.
The guy came in charged me $3,800. When I received the quote it was extremely vague on the job. I called to inform Amber that I felt the quote wasn't described enough and the guys they send may not understand. They agreed to resend it with more details. I also informed them that they needed to bring the materials. So they sent another invoice for a higher price. Now it over $5k. I still agreed.
Once the plumber got here. They now said oh the rough in to the sewer wasn't included. So now the fee is $7,500. I still agreed.
The job took four days when it was supposed to take one. They forgot the clean out. Didn't move the washer to the correct placement. Didn't connect the water lines to the actual washing machine box.
They said that would be an additional charge!
Update:
After discussion with Mr. Ross, a supervisor, he made the guys come back out the next day and complete the job that I requested from the beginning. I'm updating my review from a 1 start to a 3 star due to them making the job right on their end. Thank you Mr. Ross for upholding your company's values.
Please be extremely throughout with whoever comes out to give an estimate. Be sure the estimate that they send over also is extremely throughout. If you do both of those things, I believe you will have a good experience. Their overall workmanship was done well. They arrived on time and sent pictures of who would be showing up at your door.

I wish I felt bad leaving a one star review, but there is truly no way around this one and I am beyond disappointed. My bathtub wouldn’t turn off completely and was leaking. My usual plumber was out of town, so unfortunately I had to look for a plumber to fix the issue. It was a Friday evening close to 4. I got ahold of Pilot Plumbing and they said they could send someone out but it would be considered a late call. I really wanted the issue fixed, so I agreed. They said someone would come out between 5-7. I received the confirmation text. No one showed. At 730pm I called and the guy said he wasn’t sure what happened, but everyone was gone for the night. So unprofessional. He nicely said he would send someone out on Saturday the following day and would be between 8-10am. I never got a confirmation text and called at 0830. The man who answered said the person was probably getting his tools and would be out shortly. He showed up a little after 10, and I will be honest, he had no idea what he was doing. He took the faucet apart and then back together, and actually told me “I’m confused.” Proceeded to say it might be an issue with the mineral buildup from my hard water. Anyway, he said he was going to have to cut into the wall and replace the valve. I was honestly shocked and needed to think about it and said I wanted to get a second opinion (which he said they won’t do anything differently… Wait until the end of this story.) He also highly suggested I get a home filtration system because otherwise it will damage the pipes and break my on-demand water heater. The first quote to just cut into the wall and replace the valve was approx $1600. With the home filtration system, it would be approx $6K. When he left I felt so upset because it was still leaking, and I wondered if I really had to get all of the above done. I sent my plumber a video of what was going on and he said “I can fix that in less than an hour for $400.” And guess what. He. Did. He came a couple days later and was in and out in TWENTY MINUTES. He simply replaced the cartridge, springs and seat. And he said I absolutely didn’t need a home filtration system unless I was somewhere that used well water. Having someone reliable, honest, and who knows what they are doing is priceless. Pilot Plumbing is not that. Unless you want to be oversold on something.
I haven't used their service, but if I ever need a plumber, they are who I am going to call. I was
in a plumbing supply store trying to find a part to fix my sink. After finding the part, I had some questions that the employees didn't know how to answer. An employee for pilot plumbing was picking up supplies, too. Not only did he know how to answer it, but then he went on to show how to correctly install it the first time so I don't have to take it apart and turn it around. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. With employees like him, I would trust this company to do good and honest work.

I am disappointed with this company, and my review reflects the recent estimate I received. I called Pilot Plumbing for a garage pipe leak. The scheduling was smooth, and the receptionist was very nice. They charge an initial fee of $80 for the technician to come out. However, the plumber suggested replacing the entire house's plumbing before addressing the issue. He provided a high estimate, including $250 just to cut the drywall, which would take no more than 10 minutes. If the repair was small, it would cost an additional $250-300, with higher costs for larger repairs. From his initial observation, he knew the leak wasn't significant. To me it seemed like he didn't want to do the job and gave me a price he knew I wouldn't accept. For these reasons, I can't recommend this company. I hope others have a better luck with them.
Thank you pilot plumbing and crew Daniel and Jack for installing my brand new water heater, water filtration system, new ada comfort height toilet and Flo by Moen emergency shut off! Now I can have peace of mind when I go out of town that my house won’t flood.
I highly recommend Pilot Plumbing. Jesse and Chris were amazing. Priority was given to our situation and help was on the way sooner than expected. I appreciate the time owner, Andy, spent with me explaining what we can do long term to improve the plumbing in our 50 year old house. We will definitely use Pilot Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.Thank you to you and your fantastic staff.
