Chatime Bubble Tea

I ordered a large Very Mango Smoothie at the Waterfront Centre location. The menu photo and description clearly show mango chunks included in the drink. After waiting over 15 minutes, I received a fully blended smoothie with no mango chunks at all.

1st time) When I asked about it, staff told me I needed to add a “mango pudding” option. I checked the kiosk again — there is no such option. The only related option available was “NO mango chunks.” That makes no sense.

2nd time) After questioning this further, I was suddenly told the recipe had recently changed and that the drink is now fully blended. If that is true, then why are the menu photos and description still showing mango chunks? That is misleading and confusing for customers.

3rd time) We waited another 20 minutes to speak to another common staff member. My dad called the location’s phone number to get the actual manager’s answer 4 times with no answer. By talking from phone to phone, the manager said they would make a whole new drink for me. Instead of making a fresh one, they took my original drink which had been sitting at room temperature for over an hour and simply added a small amount of mango chunks to it. Besides the mango chunk, the smoothie was very icy and dense. Didn’t even taste like the original very mango smoothie at all, but took that again to recycle ☠️

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Over an hour wasted due to incorrect menu information, inconsistent explanations, and poor customer service. It felt like a scam to me.

If the recipe has changed, update the menu. Don’t blame customers for ordering what is clearly advertised. Rejected for refunds or remakes.

If you want to get bubble tea in this branch, don't come. We ordered just one bubble and it took us 30 minutes. 3 Indian lady keep talking in Hindu language and standing, let people wait for so long. Go somewhere else if you don't want to wait and get bad mood.

Have purchased mango slush bubble tea, couple of times in last 3 weeks. Consistently low quantity of mango/syrup - contains more ice than required which further worsens the quality. Secondly the pricing is higher than other competitive bubble tea shops nearby. Appears its been opened to rip-off one-timer tourists.

Kashish was very helpful and even made me my own custom slush by combining both mango and lychee with the brown sugar pearls to make the perfect drink before heading on to our cruise. Couldn’t have started out my vaca any better!

Staffs is very nice . Especially the girl named Simran she is very nice. All good !!! Good service , good drink .
