After calling so many lawyers, I was told by the last lawyer I called that I would need a HERO. Well that SHERO came just in time in the form of Attorney Lisa Levine. I want to thank Lisa, Sydney, Vivianna, Christine, and it was one more, but I can't think of her name from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work, effort, and dedication in resolving my case. Lisa represented my brother She accomplished the settlement goal at the lower end of what she stated. She also brought in another lawyer to negotiate the settlement without notifying us. She made promises to my brother that she never followed thru with. For example she told my brother she would like to invite him to her home in Cape Coral. It was all talk. Remind yourself she is your staff and you have hired her to accomplish a goal, but be strong to challenge her when she makes promises and make sure to have her provide a detailed plan for her approach to your lawsuit.

At a loss of words to describe how extremely satisfied we are with the attorney services of Lisa S. Levine, P.A. and her paralegal Mercedes Perez. They not only brought our claim to successful resolution in swift time, but they walked us through every step of the process in a friendly and compassionate manner. Hired Lisa to take on a dental malpractice was very open and clear about everything that had occurred. Lisa accepted my case but then constantly made excuses for her forgetfulness. On two occasions she forgot important information I shared with her pertaining to my case. After filling out documentation and sending over records sometimes twice. I hadn’t heard anything back from her till a month or so later she calls and say she doesn’t want to accept my case because she wasn’t aware of all the details. Which was a complete lie! I’ve shared all details about my case. Not the first time she forgot something I told her but she’s a fast talker doesn’t let you get a word in edgewise so it’s clear why she didn’t hear my important information I shared with her. Of course her excuse is “you didn’t tell me.” Which is false why wouldn’t I tell you! Smh very unprofessional on her part. Receptionist was very professional.
