I hadn't asked for the dogs ears to be cleaned. Still not clear as to how or what exactly was done but the end result is terrible, constant shaking of the head for days and a visit to the vet. Over priced. Not going back.
One star rating but only because you have to, otherwise, zero stars!

My husband and i used to take our dog to classy. They treated us great. We lost our dog a few years ago, now i got my daughter a puppy and now i went to see if i could get her in when i found out that they moved. I went and started to read all the reviews. Oh my God. The people who worked at classy clips treated us were so great with out harry girl. She would get all done up and walk out like a pony. There is no way these people could be so mean. Unless the pet owners were rude.

Terrible. My dog has very sensitive skin so we bring specific shampoo that needs to be diluted and we've instructed them to do so. When we got him back he hasn't stopped itching. All his skin is red and has blister like marks. He's in so much pain and he's red all over. I don't know what they did to my poor puppy but he's in not a good state now.

After reading some of the reviews on here I am very surprised because I have never been happier with a grooming salon before. Classy clips came highly recommended to me by a few people for my goldendoodle the stuff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly the salon was clean and smelled wonderful and when I picked up my dog he looked beautiful and was so happy he didn't even want to leave!! I highly recommend classy clips!!!

BEWARE!!! The tell you one price but when you go pick up the dog it's about $35 higher than original quote. Will not be going back and will urge everyone I know to stay away from this place. I called the manager to discuss this and she was extremely rude and belittling. Very upsetting. They also get their own friends to write positive reviews immediately after you give them a negative one. Lol

Classy Clips is owned and run by 2 extremely knowledgeable dog owners and groomers and employ quality staff. Dogs come out looking properly groomed according to breed standards.
Classy Clips is not the cheapest grooming job but you get what you pay for. If you want the cheapest cut and you don't care what the dog looks like there are other options that may suit you better.

I read the previous comments and am surprised and disappointed in the attitudes expressed.

Plucking ear hair is not easy but it is necessary for animal health. The option is to not pluck and let the animal repeatedly have ear infections. Sad ...

A bad smell in the ear indicates an ear infection that needs to be dealt with, not ignored, just as you wouldn't ignore a child's ear infection

I brought in 3 dogs for their nails to be clipped. One was a rescue that I was currently fostering. When we walked in, my attention was on telling the clerk that I had a reservation for a nail clipping. While doing so, my rescue proceeded to lift his leg and pee on a dog bed that was placed next to the door at the perfect height to be peed on. I immediately apologized and offered to pay to have it cleaned as it was a small dog bed that wouldn't suit my dogs. They insisted that I pay for it which I did however I felt very judged by the staff who I could hear talking about me in the back room. I am also left to wonder who runs a business for dogs and leaves cloth items in a pee zone? You would never see this at a vet. Hence I now take my dogs to the vet for their nails and have told everyone I know to avoid this place.

I've brought my Persian cat there to get cleaned up, by a shave only belly and then Brenda comes out and says to me that she won't let my cat leave, cause he’s a horrible mess and says to me that he needs to groom my (cat), I did agree and I thought to myself ok have the rest of him shaved then, he’s had this done many times. and did not get a wash
So I said clip his nails only, she went and told me that i couldn't come in and hold him, so i really thought ok he maybe ok ,and she says to me leave and go for a coffee and come back, I then found out when I had gotten home to let my cat out of the cat cage he fell over and fell over again several times I had no idea what they did to him, So I called them right away and brought him back there I thought maybe they drugged him or sati dated him some way he did not respond normally to this, then I found out they cleaned his ears, I did not ask them to clean his ears and they never told me, till after I brought him back they said this is the way they groom and what’s involved. Well now I have a vet bill and my cat is still not the same it’s now Oct 25/2011 and I really assure you that if there was any kind of problem with my cat prior to this I would of not taken him to get groomed I would of taken him to the vet before getting him groom by them, they had not mentioned any thing to me except his ears being a little dirty, and yes I knew that but they not Vets and they shouldn’t be sticking things like Q-tips in animals ears when they not there pets,
Or they should come out and tell you. What’s in involved with grooming I’m extremely upset and they don’t give a shit. Except for there money and which to tell you they over priced and inconsiderate of how you feel when there in the wrong,
It's my cat not there's

We love these ladies! We got our puppy from them and visit every two weeks for the full treatment! Our dog loves going there! She always comes home happy, clean and smelling delicious! Pam, Jessica & Sandy do such a great job and treat our dog like she is one of their own. We are lucky to have them so close!!!!!

I took my toy poodle there when he was a puppy and they did a great job the 1st time (always try to impress you on the 1st visit) The 2nd time we went they nicked him on the face. I didnt notice anything until we got home ,I was petting him the and could feel the scab on his face. I decided not to go back and to try a different groomer. A couple years later I thought I'd give them a try again. I called them up and told the owner what had happened and she said that they would have never done that and not to come back again. Being barred from a pet groomer for telling the truth? I won't ever go back. Very poor customer service.

I took my puppy to this place because it was recommended to me and the staff didn't seem all that friendly. Also, they charge $60 and they barely cut any hair off! When they clip the nails, they don't even file them so I always have insane scratches all over my arms when I pick my puppy up!
the only nice thing is that they let you drop the pet off in the morning and pick him up during the day! But definitely not worth the trip!
