K-9 Dog Grooming

They look after our dog very well. He gets great cuts from the staff and they look after him when he is in there. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good groomer. They must be good. It is hard to get a appointment there :)

The staff was rude the cuts where horrible asked for the hair to be inch long they shaved them to the skin and uneven at that. Lost my business and will not recommend very poor customer service and horrible work

Bought a special coupon off of "twongo" for this business. Went to book an appt, surprisingly they could get me in in a few days. Then when I mentioned the coupon they told me they could only squeeze me in in 1 months time. Told me they weren't making money off these coupons and could only accept two per day. May i also state, the coupon says NOTHING about this whatsoever. I've been a customer for 3yrs, and they had tha adacity to switch dates and then freak out when I was noticibly upset about this. Poor Customer Service lost my business forever.
