There is a lot of effort in our society to help manage our physical health. I believe that it’s just as important for us to manage our mental health. From head to toe, the whole body should have the care it needs to function well and at full capacity. I work closely with my patients to learn what they want to achieve. Together, we create a plan with reachable goals that create a sense of achievement once they are met. Nothing is more satisfying than to hear a patient say, “I feel good for the first time in a long time.”
