Warm Hearts & Wet Noses Dog Grooming Ltd

I have brought my three dogs to Warm Hearts for over 10 years. Never a problem with the cut or service. I recommend to anyone who asks. Dogs are always happy when they are there.

I have been bringing my cocker spaniel terrier cross to warm hearts for 8 years. They always do a great job and she is happy to spend the day there. The comment about these reviews being "fake" is ridiculous. Bring your pet here once and you'll never go anywhere else!

I've been coming to Warm Hearts & Wet Noses for about 2 years (Since we got our doggie). They always do a great job, and our dog is always in good spirits when we pick her up. We've never had any issues with quality, and we've brought our dog in with matts and they've always been able to get them out. I've recommended this place to a few of my friends as well.

PS. I'm NOT a fake account lol. I saw someone complaining that all the other accounts were fake, which is silly.

In all the years I have taken my pets here I have always been extremely happy with the results. I have 2 dogs and are in need of special breed cuts and have always been happy.If people complain it's probably because they want a deal if a hair is out of place.PETSmart is the last place I would take my dog. I don't care if you do get a deal there it's not the place to take a cherished pet.

I went to this place based on all the positive reviews this place received and my dog came up with the choppiest haircut he had ever gotten. When I questioned the cut, and the reason why my dog was so agitated and scared when she left the shop, the woman reacted in a rude dismissive manner. She pretty much slammed the door to the room where the other dogs were kept as I left the shop.

On closer inspection, I've noticed that all of the glowing reviews for WET NOSES AND WARM HEARTS were made by either non-members or members with 1 review who created an account which I attributed to just the sole purpose leaving a "POSITIVE" feedback. The only other negative complained of a bad haircut as well.

I've been to Petsmart and I do agree it doesn't come out perfect everytime but there's always a satisfaction guarantee if they don't get it right... and they won't give rude responses like "perhaps you should go back to the groomers if you're unsatisfied with the cut."

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Now I have to wait for her hair to grow out before she looks decent again.

We've taken our 2 dogs here for about 6 years. They are awesome to deal with, kind to the animals and well priced. Definitly a great business.

After reading everyone's excellent reviews I decided to take my precious Shih Tzu here. Our little dog was in desperate need for a hair cut and they did a FANTASTIC job. She looked amazing. We have lived in many countries and you would be amazed at some groomers, they really cant get it right. But Warm Hearts N Wet Noses did a brilliant job.

This place was wonderful. It was clean and professional. I brought my shih tzu in for the first time and she had alot of fun. They cut her exactly how i had asked and the price was more than reasonable! I would reccomened it to others and i already have,

Will be going back for sure!

I have been taking my dog to their facility for about a year now. I am very happy with the quality of their service and never will I go to the large pet centers again. My dog walks out of there looking like a million bucks! great job!

I have taken both of my Shih Tzus to Warm Hearts since they've been puppies (about 1 year) and we have never been disappointed in the care they've received nor the grooming they've received. I'm so glad this was the first groomer my dogs went too, and we'll be going there so long as we have dogs and so long as these groomers are there!

We just took our 2 Biscon Frise puppies there this week end and I highly recommend this dog groomer. Our dogs definitely where in need of grooming it was not an easy job and the groomer's where great. Our dogs where happy and excited and seem to love their day out. Our dogs hate bath day. They did a great job the cut was great, their nails clipped and ears cleaned. After searching for a long time we certainly where lucky to fine this place. I would recommend anyone looking for a groomer to try this place. We had an excellent experience and our dogs loved it. We will be regular customers. Thank you for such a great service.

I have been taking my dogs to Warm Hearts and Wet Noses for I would say 15 years or more first it was my Lhasa and English Springer now my 2 labs (Physco Twins)go. Warm Hearts is the best. Thank you for all your years with our pets

We just recently took our mini schnauzer to you for a haircut. We were very happy and pleased with the job you did on her. The shop was clean and welcoming. It was great to see the dogs socializing with each other.


Our dog didnt seem to mind it so bad.
In the past we have taken her to PetSmart on SS ... would not recommend this place to people. Very disorganized and not clean at all. I wonder if they even clean the clippers after each dog. They should clean with alchol at the very least.

I was very satisfied with their service. My shi-tsu cross poodle came out of there calm and happy. He is beautiful. Chris did an awesome job and she now has a new customer. Never again will i go to Pet Smart.

Apparently my 12 lb, 14 yr old terrier was too much to handle. Sounds like he turns into a whirling dervish and ripped large holes in her hands with the two teeth he has left. Not a surprise then that his haircut is so uneven. I admit, he is a hyper puppy but doesn't normally react like that. I was looking for a south side groomer but I guess I'm heading back to the north end where my little old dog is not such a problem child.

I've taken my pomeranian here several times and was very happy with the results. My dog's fur was nicely trimmed and shaped. He had his claws clipped (which is something I don't like to do). He smelled great, but I'm not sure if he liked the bow he got. I'm just sad to say I've moved away from Edmonton and now have to find another groomer who my dog will be comfortable around as he was there. The staff were very professional and you could tell they liked their work. My dog will miss them.
