Poorly run store. Outside looks like it's closed. Grooming area so messy and staff inside very rude. Never again.

i was in Petsmart Terra Losa today just at the cashier when i looked into the grooming area and saw this little dog being yanked on as it struggled to get away the groomer yanked on it's jaw and yelled at the dog repeatedly to stop moving. it was so sad to see how rough the staff was, as she repeatedly yanked on it's jaw and face to stop moving and contineously yelled at this little scared dog, while the other staff just stood there. i would NEVER take my dog here for grooming as this is not the first time i have witnessed mistreatment to a dog being groomed here.
