Got the harness home waited for the tracker to put on so we can walk with him Friday and seen that it was already used and ripped underneath the ring. I know that the young girl said if i did like it i could return it, so im thinking this has already been done by someone else because of the rip. They need to verify everything that is returned because now i have to buy a new one.

My dog and I had an amazing experience with trainer Crystal and the training center! We took the beginners level and learned so many valuable and fundamental skills when it comes to the life with a pet.
I cannot wait to take the next level. (The only thing that i wish they had was more 4PM classes during the week)

I wanted to share some feedback after my visit today around 2 p.m. While I was shopping, I heard what sounded like a dog being groomed who was quite stressed and vocal. At the same time, I distinctly heard one of the groomers yelling things like “shut up” and “stupid dog.”

I’ve brought my own anxious dog this location before and had been happy with the experience, but after hearing that interaction, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my pet back

The staff are super friendly and they always have the items in stock that I need for my dog and corn snake. I especially love Nicole’s grooming services! She’s very professional and after trying several groomers I will only book with her from now on. Thank you Nicole! Here is Stitch snoozing on the way home from his appointment.

Fresher update: new fish arrives every Tuesday :) Today we bought here our very first fish tank and all the necessary accessories. The consultants were so patient with me and our kids, professionally handling a downpour of our beginner-fish tank-owners questions :) we are grateful. :) thank you, and see you soon: we are coming back soon for more stuff :) update: the staff is really knowledgeable, we had an issue with fish tank, and we have received so much help and advice, our aquarium was saved :) we came back 2 months later and bought a hamster :) and we plan on coming back for more little friends. Grateful.
