Our story is a familiar one; we've been trying for years and had to go through multiple rounds of fertility treatments. We found California IVF to be professional, empathetic, comparative prices, and love the staff and physicians. We couldn't be happier with our experience there and hope that this review can help. Someone who may be on the fence. Would wholeheartedly recommend California IVF to anybody experiencing fertility issues?.

The main REI at this clinic, Dr. Zeringue, is truly exceptional. He genuinely cares for his patients, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and even shares images and research studies to help you understand your options. I really appreciate how thorough he is in discussing both the condition and possible treatments.The staff are equally wonderful—Valentina and Dionne are so kind and welcoming—and I also value that the clinic is family-friendly and allows children.
Dr. Zeringue has decades of experience and is highly knowledgeable in the ever-evolving field of reproductive endocrinology. It’s reassuring to see a physician who stays current with the latest research and advances.
I previously visited another local clinic where I felt more like a customer than a patient. They even refused to do a saline sonogram until after egg retrieval, which felt like a huge red flag. In contrast, when I came here, Dr. Zeringue personally performed the saline sonogram before IVF, thoroughly examined everything, and explained it all in detail. I never felt rushed to make a decision, and yet I still received excellent, compassionate care.
A close friend recommended CalIVF after her successful IVF journey, and I’m so glad she did. My experience here has exceeded every expectation!

California IVF is a great place to receive care. I want to preface this by saying anyone that goes through IVF expects their miracle baby but there are things that can’t be promised in any care. We had recently moved back to California and met with Dr. King and he was very informational and then we switched due to professional changes to Dr. Zeringue. Both physicians were phenomenal. Every clinic has their process and one of the most challenging in which we appreciate the clinic coordinators is managing the emotional stressors and anxiety of patients just like ours shout out to Aaron and Jennifer.

We want to say thank you for giving us hope for our miracle baby (positive pregnancy). We appreciate the care we received and wish you all future success in making more babies and families happy.

Now, 2 years after giving birth and 1 more on the way I have the need to share about our wonderful experience with this clinic!

Our OBGYN recommended this location and we followed her lead and made an appointment.
Scheduling was very easy and communications with Sutter was easy. the clinic helped us to save money by referring the test to our OBGYN through our health insurance.

Once we decided on IVF we had a great experience with Linda who was our lead nurse. She walked us through the process and made sure our feelings and concerns has a place.

Later we were signed for our coordinator Kassidy, she was above and beyond in order to manage the schedule without the need to miss work days.

Dr.Zeringue was very nice and always made sure we are comfortable by explaining us every step of the process.

Last but not least is the billing department and wonderful miss Stacy who was fighting our insurance company in order for us to get the full rights and above it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! In 2021, I experienced medical negligence at the hands of Dr. Ernest Zeringue. He took advantage of my vulnerable state and only cared to make money from my situation. He convinced me I needed to go through IVF, which I was only interested in getting a fibroid removed. When I underwent IVF, they prescribed me the highest dosage of hormones they would for a patient (mind you, I am very petite), which caused lasting damage to my system and organs that I now have to deal with for the rest of my life! They disregarded my life and well being and only cared that I return the following month to do it all over again. Now thousands and thousands of dollars later, I’ve been working on healing and still recovering years later from this horrific experience. Please seek Northern California IVF if you’re looking into IVF treatment, but don’t come to this place. They’re only interested in their bottom line…money. I don’t ever wish this upon anyone else.

I am highly disappointed in California IVF specifically their billing department. I called to inquire about another round of IVF treatment back in January, the receptionist informed me they would get back to me once the confirmed my insurance coverage. Since then, I have left numerous voice messages and sent countless emails inquiring about my insurance coverage and IVF treatment - six months later, I have gotten ZERO response. Not a single call back or email acknowledging my inquiry. Considering I am a woman of a particular age, I don’t have the luxury of waiting months to get a response. This thoughtless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for any healthcare provider. This place clearly doesn’t care about their patients.

Very high turnover with staff has led to huge administrative problems. Each time staff changes (18 months or so) we have problems. We fully paid upon starting the procedures, yet they continue to have problems.

What was once a pleasant experience has turned into very bad memories.

Avoid this company if you are looking for long-term peace and joy. Their office staff turnover has caused huge problems over the last 10 years.

I was planning to leave a review at the very end of my journey, but after my transfer today, I didn’t want to wait. I am honestly very shocked at some of the negative reviews I’ve read. To be honest, it gave me a little pause when deciding to go with this clinic, but I’m so so happy we gave it a chance and went here.
This entire process has been so easy and smooth. They provide great educational classes that far exceed other nearby clinics, and I appreciate the depth of detail they provide.
Dr. King and his team have been absolutely amazing every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about them. Even if this transfer doesn’t take, it wouldn’t change my opinion of him or the team. I am so happy with the care he has provided that I wish he could be my OB through the rest of our journey. I highly recommend him.

Update: my transfer worked first attempt! I’m so grateful for the staff and all the work they do.

Absolutely incredible staff, the kindness and thoughtfulness of each and every individual person was so sincere. After trying for years, two miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy, my dreams of having a child was gone. Dr. Zeringue is the best Doctor for the job. My first time doing IVF and I am pregnant. It's all thanks to the wonderful team at California IVF. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I 100% recommend Dr. Zeringue and his team for your IVF experience.

My husband and I started California IVF in August 2019. We jumped right into our first cycle in September 2019, which unfortunately did not work. We experienced many medical setbacks and even required surgery. Dr. Z and my nurse Samantha S were very supportive during this time. Dr. Z did a great job informing us of our options and he even did my surgery. In January of 2020 we started our second cycle and we are now 7 weeks pregnant!! We just had our ultrasound with California IVF and we're expecting TWINS! :) (We transferred 2 embryos). We're beyond excited and blessed. My husband and I are so grateful for everyone at Cali IVF especially our nurse Samantha S and Dr. Zeringue! They were very supportive during the up's and down's of our journey which led to a successful cycle! They truly care about their patients success and become like family. They gave us clear and honest expectations as well as how to save on medications. We can't thank them enough for helping to give our family this blessing. Due November 2020! :)
