My experience with Rocky Tops Custom Countertops in Nashville (Brentwood) was so satisfying from beginning to end. I had been searching for a particular granite to re-do my kitchen, and I couldn’t find that special, gorgeous Typhoon Bordeaux I was looking for until I visited Rocky Tops. There it was, and I was in love. Once I had the stone, it was smooth sailing to get the project done in just a few weeks time. I could not be happier, and I am thrilled with the exquisite beauty of my countertops. I highly recommend Rocky Tops and can’t stop smiling.

Great company! We had all new countertops installed. Matt was so helpful and patient with me as I was trying to decide. I ended up with beautiful counters. The installation crew took their time to make everything look seamless and they were so kind to me. They were on top of everything with all their paperwork, instructions, information and sent the template prior to installation to approve. The counters are exactly like the template they sent. I highly recommend.

I purchased a countertop for my kitchen through Rocky Tops Countertops. It was an U shaped counter with a seam on one end. In less than two years a hairline crack formed in the middle of the countertop right at the seam. Rocky Tops came out and noted that their install now required shimming to raise the side with the crack to be even with the other side of the seam. They noted that additional filler in the seam itself was likely also needed, but they said that and the crack were Cambria's fault and they should be the ones to fix it.

Cambria is the manufacturer. To make a long story short, Cambria came out and blamed the installers. The installers continued to blame Cambria. Three years later and no one has done anything to fix it or paid anything back to me, despite both sides admitting it was an issue that should be taken care of. Beware of both of these companies.

Each step was a pleasure, beginning with Matt Henson helping us choose the perfect quartz to Grant coming to our home to measure for the template! The installation crew was so professional and nice and everything looked and fit perfectly!! Matt kept in touch with us throughout the project and if we had questions he always responded quickly! Five stars is not enough for each one that helped in the process!
Rocky Top is TOP NOTCH!!

Just as Nicole was treated on her yelp review of Rocky Top Countertops, I experience the same thing. It wasn't Cornell, but Matt. I had been working with him for two weeks picking out quartz, paid for and got the template made, and had texted with my questions. I have every text he sent and I sent still on my phone. He seemed helpful. At no point did he act like a terrible person that he was later I sent a text letting him know what time I would arrive to finalize everything. His answer was "great" I showed up on time, waited and waited. Finally I asked the receptionist, "is Matt ever coming out?" Just then he burst through the door, told me that we were finished and to get out of his business. Needless to say I was shocked. His excuse was, You have called me numerous times to ask questions and texted me with questions. Isn’t that what salesmen should do? Before I spend 10 thousand dollars on a permanent fixture like quartz, I'm going to ask questions! I have never had this type of problem before with anyone. I am an older lady, so I can't be much of a threat to him. I should have believed Nicole on her Yelp, because it was all bait and switch in my opinion. No hard questions allowed! Beware. I found another place who told me they have heard my type of story about Rocky Tops before. I am so glad that I found out the truth before it went any further. By the way, I refused to leave until I got my template for which I paid 350.00. They finally gave it to me, and I left.

Rocky Top was nothing short of amazing. We had Cornell as our sales guy, he sent us photos and FaceTimed us of slabs that he had in his show room, took his time talking with us about everything since we are living out of state. Our choice slabs were in an accident and he was on it with making sure he could get more and keep our install date, which he did! When we saw the finished job the variation wasn’t what we had picked out, we sent an email to upper management and it was taken care of within 24hours with new slabs and a new install date. I would recommend these guys anytime, any day, anywhere! Thank you Rocky Top and thank you Cornell!

I worked with Matt Henson. He is the best! There are so many types of stones to choose from, marble, quartz, granite, quartzite, dolomite, synthetics like granite stone, ceramic and more. Almost too many choices. Matt helped me select the best option for my kitchen. He walked through the contract before I signed and clearly explained the next steps including measuring and install. On install day two men arrived and removed the old granite and brought in my new countertops. It took them about 5 hours to do everything including cutting out opening for cook top, sink and faucet. I appreciated the time they took to get it perfect. I would highly recommend Matt at Rocky Tops!

Rocky Tops made my life easier when I was building my house! I was looking for a specific kind of quartz I had seen at a yard, but couldn’t find anywhere that had a slab in stock big enough for my island. I found companies that would order it, but all of them were going to charge me for the full slab. Rocky Tops won’t charge you for what you don’t use or need. Matt got back to me quickly with a quote that I was happy with, and they ordered the stone and had a crew out for install within a couple of weeks. I wasn’t there for the install, but my dad told me the install crew shaved the corners down a bit as well when he asked if they could. The office was communicative throughout the whole process as well. Highly recommended!

I had a WOW! experience at Rocky Tops selecting granite and having them fabricate and install new countertops in my kitchen.
Am so impressed how each member of their team works together to provide an excellent and seamless customer experience. Communication was outstanding.

The people that work for and with Rocky Tops Custom Countertops are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. They installed a new kitchen island top and master bath vanity of which we selected quartzite options from their local partner that had a huge selection of stone to choose from!! They were on time, on budget and made the entire process easy. Highly recommend them for all of your countertop needs!!

Fantastic experience and Matt is the absolute best! We picked a couple remnant pieces and chose some full slabs too. We had a few issues with install fit, but they took care of it immediately. Working with Rocky Tops was the highlight and most fun material selection of our project. Glad it’s over, but would definitely come back for any future projects! 100 stars!

Very good experience purchasing our bathroom marble countertop with Rocky Top. The salesperson Cornelle was thorough in his explanation of the process. Rebecca kept us in the loop with scheduling (and they showed up on the dates they had scheduled for measurement and installation). Marcos and Chris did a fabulous job on the install. They went above and beyond for a precise fit.

Cornell was more than willing to meet with us and answer all our questions, was always available by phone or text and stayed on top of the process from start to finish. The measurement team, the install teams, were fantastic and super professional! Everyone wanted to make sure we were pleased with their work.
