Pet Pantry

I stumbled across this really great pet store and was so amazed by my find, that I just had to share.
The friendly couple that own and operate the Pet Pantry have a wealth of information and 18 years of experience (I found out during our conversation). They carry a large quality of dog, cat & fish products, but also can order in 'specialty' items (which is what I was looking for). I am so happy to have found this little place, I will definitely be returning.

This store has been excellent since the day we got our new puppy. They were even able to get the same dog food that the breeder used, who themselves found difficult to procure. The shipments have been timely and accurate. They may not be a big box store, but they know pets!

Looking for a good pet store. Well this is not the place to visit. The owner is quite rude and always yelling at how he has problems obtaining things if I call. I am very shocked at how he treats me and possibly other people. He usually gives me a huge lecture and I have to refuse the purchase of a new filter that may cost a bit less than other pet stores, but is still cheaper at Big Al's. And when I visit them, I usually see some dead fish and the owner walks in front of them and does absolutely nothing! I'm sad at how guelph has no good fish stores and is still not able to have a nice one. This one just contributes to the madness.

If you are looking for a pet store with great customer service and great products. Pet pantry is your place. They offer a wide variety of products and if you need something and they dont have it, they will find it for you. Great prices, cheaper than most pet stores.
