I’ve visited this place before, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is very helpful, and their prices are among the best in the city—if not the best. Nav was especially helpful in assisting me after I had tried three other shops without success. I highly recommend this place for both service and value.
One of the best smoke shops I’ve been to in Calgary! YYC Smokes and Cigar has a great variety of products, everything from quality cigars to vapes and accessories. The prices are fair, and the shop is always clean and well-organized.
What really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service from Nav. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted when I walked in, but she took the time to answer my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. You can tell she really cares about her customers and knows her stuff.
If you’re in the area, definitely check this place.

I really like this place and they have recommended some amazing cigars. The guy is very friendly and is a good salesman. The only problem is I've now gone there twice in the morning and they DON'T open at 10am. Not sure when they open because I leave and get my smokes somewhere else. Wish they opened at 10am like they have displayed in their window and on Google. I hate wasting my time like this.
I’m from outta town and was looking for a decent cigar shop. I hate trying new places but I’m glad I did. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also he was very polite and kind. Their store has a great humidor with awesome selection. The cigars I wanted literally just came through the door ten minutes before I did, like it was meant to be lol. Overall great experience and I will only go to this cigar shop when I’m In Calgary. Thank you so much
