I have always found staff friendly and helpful and prompt. I have bought dog crates, occasional food and goats milk replacer, dewormer, and many other smaller items and had absolutely no problems. Staff are always happy and engaging.

They put up the price 10 percent on the Taste of The Wild pet foods in less than two weeks. I used to buy at least six thirty pound bags a month, plus Grizzly Salmon Oil and Hokamix 30. I would drive from Victoria to save ten bucks a bag. After today I will not be driving out there. They are greedy suckers. They don't mind blowing out good customers. Everyone should boycott this store.

I am a local hobby farmer have been shopping at willow wind for 22 years now buying everything from horse, chicken, goat, rabbit, cat and dog feed as well as all my supplies. They have always had great customer service in including knowledgeable friendly staff. Keep up the great work Willow Wind, I look forward to shopping there for many years to come :)

This store has gone down-hill ever since the new owners/management took over, the prices went up and the feed quality went down.

I recommend looking for a new source my fellow farmers.

I have always liked Willow Wind, the staff is friendly and have a lot knowledge on their products. Even when calling on the phone, they're always pleasant and cheerful. That's important and something lacking in customer service these day.

The staff took the time to explain the seeds that they sell to establish food plots for the deer population isn Sooke.

I have done business with Willow Wind Feed & Tack since 1994. HOWEVER, THAT'S ALL CHANGED SINCE THE NEW OWNER [TOP SHELF]TOOK OVER IN 2009.

Under the present circumstances, Willow Wind Feed & Tack should stop misleading the local farming community by representing itself as a source for agricultural products & consider renaming itself to something like Willow Wind Pet Supply & Garden Center.

Over the years, Willow Wind Feed & Tack seemed to appreciate the business received by local farmers, such as myself. The customer service was excellent, there was a wide variety of agricultural products offered at economical prices & a genuine interest in meeting the specific needs of local farmers. In return, we stayed loyal to the company & passed on the savings to local customers when we sold our farm products to the community.

BUT THAT'S ALL CHANGED NOW & WILLOW WIND FEED & TACK EXPECTS TO STILL GET AGRICULTURE DOLLARS FROM LOCAL FARMERS EVEN THOUGH PRICES HAVE SKY ROCKETED & PRODUCT VARIETY HAS DWINDLED. IT SEEMS THAT FARMERS EITHER HAVE TO "SHUT UP N' PUT UP" OR GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE MANAGEMENT HASN'T LISTENED TO OUR CONCERNS BY BRINGING ABOUT EFFECTIVE CHANGES TO HELP LOCAL FARMERS!

The store is more like a high priced, high-end pet supply/garden center now rather than the farm friendly feed store it used to be.

HOW CAN I JUSTIFY BUYING MY LIVESTOCK FEED FROM A PLACE THAT HAS LIMITED VARIETY & CHARGES $2 to $3 OR MORE PER BAG, WHEN I CAN PAY CONSIDERABLY LESS FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE? The higher cost really adds up when you're ordering 10 bags of livestock feed or more & hikes up farm costs for local farmers, which escalates the price of our products for consumers or drives small farmers out of business!

MONEY TALKS N' BULLSH#T WALKS ... SO I'VE BEEN TAKING MOST OF MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS & SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT BETTER DEALS TO OTHER LOCAL FARMERS IN THE PROCESS.

The staff was great and the price and selection as good as any larger impersonal store in the Victoria area. Was really impressed by the store selection of both dog food and animal feed.

Willow Wind's staff are always happy and helpful and have always had excellent advice when I've asked. The prices on feed and hay I've always found to be very competitive.
