I've been dealing with the Richmond branch of Tisol for years.
They have the nicest staff. Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They give my dogs treats, when visiting, and carry heavy feed bags to my car for me. They seem to enjoy their work. The store is always kept clean and it's easy to find products. Lot's of variety.

Knowledgeable staff who welcome questions about products and pets combined with an excellent selection of products makes Tisol a winner.

Out of all 3 different Tisol locations i have been to, the Richmond one has the nicest people working there. No matter who's working at the time, they are all super friendly and helpful. Even my puppy enjoys visiting them from time to time! I had a terrible experience at the other Tisol locations especially the newly opened Grandview one. The woman with bright red hair working there frowned at me the entire time because i returned an item i (or my dog rather) was not satisfied with 2 days later. She treated me as if i knew nothing about dogs with her constant sarcasms. She could be one of the managers because she mentioned how if i return an item, it's going to mess up the book keeping. In short, Richmond is the way to go. Your dogs would love it there!

This is one of my favourite pet stores. I love that they carry such great pet foods like the Innova lines and other lines from the same company. They know a lot about pet food and do a lot to help improve the health of dogs and cats through nutrition. Their customer service is always friendly. A friend even mentioned them in conversation the other day and is thrilled a branch has opened up in her area.
