Pet Store

I bought a rabbit last year from here, it died within a week and the pet store made me bring my dead bunny in a box back to them the same day in order to receive a refund. Coming from downtown, I had to make the trek to the mall, distraught from waking up to my bunny dead, and while they refunded the cost of the actual animal they would not refund the other $150 worth of supplies I was told were necessary for a healthy and happy rabbit a week earlier.

The same thing has happened to multiple friends who also bought rabbits from this pet store, as well as a friend who bought her kitten here. Something is clearly wrong at the source of their animals or their treatment of them in the store. DO NOT BUY FROM THE PET STORE IN THE CATARAQUI MALL.

I purchased a rabbit from The Pet Store and owned him for less than two days before he died. The owner of the store was extremely unsympathetic and unhelpful. I would not recommend buying a pet from this store.

the staff located in the Pet Store in the Cat centre are extremely friendly & are willing to help you out with any animal need.. the have tons of varitey of animals in store. They also have a waiting list for dogs, so if one comes in that you are looking into getting, your the first to be called! They also special order in any animal products that you need that aren't normally carried in store without any extra charge! Very friendly localy owned buiness. The owners are also in frequently so you get to see where the store has come from! Highly recomended!
