Brian P. Thornton, M.D., Ph.D., MBA, is a plastic surgeon with Norton Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and also serves as director of breast restoration for Norton Healthcare. Dr. Thornton earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he also earned a doctorate in microbiology and immunology. He completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington. He is board certified in plastic surgery. Dr. Thornton  also holds a master’s degree in business administration from UofL. Dr. Thornton continuously strives to improve patient outcomes in aesthetic breast restoration.
