Carolina Nephrology has a rich history, originating from the merger of North-Coombes Nephrology Associates and Piedmont Nephrology Associates in 1994 to form Carolina Regional Nephrology Associates (CRNA). Over the years, CRNA expanded to include multiple satellite offices, providing convenient, high-quality healthcare. Now known as Carolina Nephrology, PA, we continue to grow, reaching out to serve new patients across the Carolinas, ensuring excellence in kidney care for the Upstate of South Carolina.
