We have purchased supplies, two birds and one pup from this store over 20 years.
Staff knowledgable and animals are well treated. Water bottles are best in stores - to keep floors dry.g

I found the staff extremely helpful, and when I had questions to ask, I had no trouble getting the answers I needed. The care that the animals where in where very good, and the majority of them were active and lively.

I went in to this store in search of cheep pet supplies and was instantly disgusted by the live animals they keep on the side.I have never seen such inhumane tactics used in public before. The puppies are expected to lick water out of large hamster bottles, I have even seen some puppies suck madly trying to get the right amount of water they need. The poor things stand on paper and use dirty litter boxes filled with old urine and even vomit. I have even seen a poodle puppy laying box with vomit stuck to his fur. As a dog trainer I can see alot of behavoral problems arising in the future. I strongly dissagrea with pet store dogs, they almost always have hidden illnesses caught from the puppy mills or distribution companies. Yes that's right, If you think these puppies come from loving breaders think again. The ones born with breaders are sent at a very early age to a company distributer where they are kept in small kenels with no food where they waight for the shipping truck to diliver them to stores like this.DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM THIS STORE, 40% of pet store dogs I get have permanent dissabilities such as hip splits and loose joints. THis store made me imbarased to be in I will never go in it again unless I have the SPCA of animal right assosiation with me.

I can't believe they are still allowed to sell animals in this store! I go to park royal frequently and come in to Noah's Pet Ark to check the pets. Some of those puppies in there have been there for months and are outgrowing their cages! The prices they charge for the puppies are way too high and they are not socialized or exercised, who would pay almost $2000 for puppies raised that way when they could go to a breeder for happy socialized puppies? How can they still be doing this? It's disgusting! The puppies are obviously stressed out. One of them had torn up it's paper for relieving itself on and was covered in his own feces and was trying to sleep under the pile of shredded, soiled papers. It's so sad to see them like this! They should not be allowed to sell animals that they obviously don't care about.

I go in here on occasion to see how the live animals are holding up... this one January 2009 afternoon I went in, I noticed a 12 + week old siberian husky tring to get water from a hamster bottle hanging on the door!!! Obviously he couldnt get any water.... poor guy was SO hot crammed into a tiny cage with his sibling, and unable to access any water. Where is the SPCA in this??? Another breed of dog - white fluffy medium to large breed dog was scratching his ear and it was all red inside... where is the Veteriary care for this? I really hope people will start complaining about this treatment to the animals suffering here!

I went into this store a couple of days ago and it wasn't too bad, they had a good selection of pet toys at not too outrageous of prices, but I just couldn't buy anything in there.Apparently they sell animals, and I find this a barbaric tradition. Puppies and all animals for that matter, need love, care and the freedom to run around a house and outdoors,it's immoral to put them in tiny cages to be gawked at all day long by strangers, they're pets not something you put on a shelf and look at.Plus, all the pet stores I've seen that sell pets, never take care of the animals, and this store was no different. They had the puppies laying on a sheet of paper in their tiny cages, no blankets, most of them seemed cold, and most were sick, like throwing up and hardly moving, and this is cute?To me it's just plain cruel,we don't need to maintain this tradition, so I'm speaking out by complaining to the store and never shopping there until they ban the selling of animals and I hope others might do the same.

I recently went into this pet store and was repulsed and horrified to find that they still sell live animals, and not only that but the puppies they cram into these tiny cages are so poorly taken care of that it's absolutely disgraceful. I found one puppy, a beautiful beagle, laying down in a pile of his own vomit, shaking, staring aimlessly at the wall, but not one of the store clerks noticed this. These animals within this pet store are so poorly taken care of, that to anyone who actually looks at these beautiful beings can see that they're unhappy, they're nerves are frazzled, their health is in poor shape, they're either vomiting or have diarhea, and those who do " care " for them see these animals as nothing but a product to be sold. So, I sincerly urge people to shop elsewhere and not to help profit this business, and to let this business know your outrage so hopefully they will no longer sell live animals.
